I also immediately contacted customer support here in the hope of being able to clarify the issue on site, but that was probably not what I wanted. Be that as it may. I wasn't the only one who was treated very unkindly by the doctor during the week; I've now read about a similar incident here on the site in June. It's a shame that the management here doesn't act accordingly. Due to the lack of advice from the doctor, I didn't know that there were options, for example, to book the applications, what type of application there was, etc. So I was actually only able to book very important treatments once because I only found out about them on Wednesday. However, for a 6 day stay that started on Sunday, it is quite late. There is really a big gap in service here and it would have to be considered how the information is best presented to patients at the beginning. Would I book the hotel again? Maybe...but definitely not with a spa package.
