We loved Karlovy Vary. As for the hotel it is good overall. Not crazy about the food, but I guess it is good enough for 3 star hotel. I really didn’t like the delivery by transport from the hotel to the house. The driver was unfriendly, gave the wrong route and in the end we spent 11!!! hours on the road with one sanitary stop every 10 minutes! The mood was ruined!!! The sanatorium is quite close to the springs, but you have to go down. For me it was a very useful walk, but for some of the vacationers it was difficult to go down and up.
