In terms of treatment, there were very few baths - 3 procedures in 2 weeks. Accommodation: soundproof doors! They simply don’t exist: a thin canvas like a screen. It’s impossible to rest in the morning if someone leaves your room and you can hear it as if it’s next to you!

Physiotherapy procedures are performed formally, for example, my friend was put in a bag for dry carbon dioxide baths in jeans, and on the last day she was given both a peat compress and a dry carbon dioxide bath. How can this be? They did paraffin on my hands and a magnet on my knee at the same time. Regarding food: breakfast is normal, dinner is bad, for 13 days the only addition to the ordered dish was chopped cabbage and beets. You should pay attention to the food, it is too meager

I presented her with a complete blood test and an MRI of the cervical and thoracic spine, but she said that was not enough. I am 70 years old, my wife and I traveled for 24 hours by bus from Kaliningrad, the pressure during examination was 140-80. Therefore, the question arises: is the bathtub filled with clean water after each client??? Underwater massage is not professional. Classic massage is a waste of time. A replacement massage therapist was refused. Several individuals have disappeared. procedures with a physiotherapist due to his ABSENCE! The food is disgusting.

The food is varied, tasty and healthy. There is a relaxation room where you can drink tea and chat. I liked the procedures. It’s a pity that there are no bathrobes in the rooms to comfortably follow the procedures. The location of the resort is also good. There is a short walk to the mineral springs, which is convenient and useful.

We visited Morava in October 2017. The overall impression was positive. The hotel is located almost in the center of Karlovy Vary, but it is not noisy; if the windows overlook the city, then the noise does not reach, because... the hotel is on the mountain, if the windows look out onto the forest and the mountain there is no special view, but it is quiet. The nice girl offers cleaning every day; if we weren’t in the room, she did it without fail. I really liked the food - buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner - a la carte, there was always a choice - more or less dietary or vegetarian. The people around often added salt and pepper, but it was just fine for us, thank you for that! I know that in the kitchen you can agree on a special, completely dietary diet, the doctor issues such a “label” - and take it to the cook. Many thanks to the restaurant workers for their work and attitude! Treatment in Morava is standard. There are 3, sometimes 4 procedures per day. The attitude of the nurses and the doctor is very friendly and attentive. People often went on various excursions - mostly on weekends and in the afternoon. If you gave a day's notice, you were given a packed ration and it was possible to reschedule the procedures.Negatives
There is no negativity as such. The only thing, and many people talked about this, the time of the first procedure is 7.30. For many people, this is still very early. Breakfast also starts at 7.30, and half an hour before breakfast you need to go to the source. But this is not critical.

We would like to thank all employees for their attentive attitude towards us. 5 minutes late The procedure is punishable by cancellation of the procedure, they were not warned about this in advance. A massage can be scheduled on the first day at 19-30 and without warning about it. The hotel is located in 3 multi-level buildings, the transition to building D is very confusing and people get lost for the first 3 days. The pool is dirty, the sauna in the pool only worked once out of 3 procedures.

The food is varied and can be balanced at will; the menu always has a choice of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits. In treatment, the main thing is the drinking regime (prescribed by the doctor), and you shouldn’t pin high hopes on the accompanying treatment, but no one promises to cure all diseases))) This has been noted more than once by Sanftoriums experts.
