The spa area. The steam sauna was so hot that you had to be careful not to burn yourself. Getting into the pool was dangerous. Half of the bubble jets in the whirlpool didn't work. If you can speak Russian, it is difficult in the hotel, one waitress spoke German, one person at the reception spoke good English, the rest only spoke Russian.

I would suggest having a coffee at the restaurant during a lunch time too, not only at breakfast, and having a kettle in all rooms.

The hotel is located in a convenient location, not far from the springs. The food is excellent. The staff is very polite and friendly. You can contact us with any question. Everything is resolved promptly. I really liked the pool, sauna, jacuzzi. We visited every day, there were few people and everything was accessible. The treatment is also very good, the doctor is attentive and the staff is good-natured.

We stayed in a 5 star hotel. We were also in Czechs, the official language is Czech, not Russian. I have nothing against Russian language. As we wanted to explore the Russian language, we booked a spa in Russia straight away. We came as guests, not as conquerors. That's not hospitable! We recognized the staff Kent English and German - answer always came in Russian or Czech. We will not use external services. Greetings

A very cozy, well-maintained hotel with a convenient location. Good wellness that works all day. Excellent, friendly staff, at the reception, during treatment, in the restaurant (varied and tasty food) and cleaning the rooms. A wonderful, positive doctor, always ready to help and accept at any time. An excellent cosmetologist, where you get real relaxation. Thank you all so much for your excellent work. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Humboldt" is my favorite hotel, it is a beautiful mansion, and the location is beautiful and the interior is classic, if "the theater begins with a coat rack" then the hotel begins with a beautiful lobby...restaurant...medical floor...staff / both at the reception desk and health workers and the restaurant staff\ are friendly, qualified... I am very grateful to everyone for my stay, only positive emotions. I wish everyone good health, maintain this level despite the difficult times. I hope to see you next year.

Good afternoon. Let's start with the transfer from the airport, we were met exactly on time, even though it was late, it was definitely nice and polite. We arrived at the hotel very late, but they were waiting for us there, even with a cold dinner. Everyone is very friendly. The kitchen, restaurant, food and staff are just another story. In the spa every day something didn’t work, the jacuzzi didn’t work, the pool didn’t work, the shower didn’t work, etc.

Always smiling and joking. Such a doctor makes your soul feel warm. If there were more such doctors, maybe there would be fewer patients! And of course, all the medical staff deserve respect and gratitude, also all the sisters and both massage therapists are very friendly and nice, always with a smile on their faces and polite, you can talk a lot about doctor Vladimer, he is an extraordinary person, always positive, attentive and responsive, remembers everyone What is the patient’s name and will not pass by without asking how he is doing and how his health is.
