We missed a larger bed than an economy room (I'm 192 cm tall, I stayed in an almost empty hotel for 8 days, and a 140 cm bed for 2 people in a 4☆ hotel is inadequate!!!) There weren't many wines on offer and that Price is overpriced. We recommend more wine than offering spirits with food. And we would also be happy to have more staff who speak German and more German programs. I felt lost there sometimes

There is no kettle in the room! The mattresses are very hard and not comfortable. It's time to replace the pillows... regarding the food... everything is very simple and not particularly tasty. When one of the appetizers runs out, they don’t add anything... you can feel the savings in everything... The food for a 4* hotel is rather weak. No coffee machine. Plain water for money (buy at a bar). The Sanatarium company promised a festive Christmas dinner in addition to the half board, but alas... it didn’t happen. The pool is small. The water was cold. The massage takes 12-13 minutes instead of the required 20 minutes!

Тоже передаю информацию в кухню. 24.12. у нас был праздничный ужин, классическое Чешское праздничное блюда. Бассейн 4 х 7,5 метров, глубина 1,3 метров и температур 28 °C стандартная температура плавательного бассейна. Продолжительность процедур конечно проверим, спасибо за предупреждение. 1. There is no first aid kit in the sanatorium. Even the nurse is forced to bring some medicines from home. 2. It would be nice if there were wall clocks in the hallways (it’s clear that you can’t hang them in every room). Elderly people need to constantly focus on time. 3. If the spa had more exercise equipment, it would also be nice. At least 2 more, for this you can put more cramped sunbeds. 4. All the staff were friendly with the exception of the nurse, who is in charge of mud packs and paraffin, and also sits at the reception in the balneo. For some reason she doesn't wear a badge, so I don't know her name. She treats visitors like in Soviet times. Personally, I had 2 conflicts with her when there was an error in her notes, but after finding out that I was right, another nurse apologized for it. I believe that if a person is a sociopath, she has no business being in this profession. By the way, I remember her before. since this was my 4th time staying at this hotel, and she was always so unfriendly. And not only to me. 5. I understand that now people from the street can come to the restaurant. But they enter the hall through the terrace door, right in their outerwear, and often leave the door open. We often sit in the hall after procedures, and we can catch a cold. Moreover, it is unhygienic. It would be necessary to organize at least one stand - a coat rack in the hall and not allow people through the terrace. 6. It is very inconvenient to get into a jacuzzi, especially for older people. It's just dangerous.
