Unfortunately, during the ten days of our stay, the bed linen was not changed. I asked for fresh towels myself. I asked the reception to change the bed linen, they assured me that everything would be done, but the linen was never changed. In the wellness center, when visiting the pool, you now need to take a towel from your room, and in 2018 and 2017, towels were provided directly in the wellness center. I was put in a corner room. Small but cozy, but outside the window during my stay, they began to carry out renovation work on the facade of the hotel building. I had to go to reception. This issue has been resolved, but if such work is planned, why put a person in such a room, especially if the guest came not only to live, but also to undergo treatment. Very nice hotel. In a quiet place. You have to climb a little, but it's not difficult. Directly opposite the Thermal Hotel. The rooms are very good. But just don’t take it on the top floor. There are low ceilings and heat. The hotel has no air conditioning. Great staff. Especially Yuri and Svyatoslav. Everyone speaks Russian. The hotel has 6-7 Russian channels. Breakfast buffet is so-so mediocre. The croissants are amazing and so is the coffee. For lunch and dinner, you need to order one dish in advance from a choice of 4 dishes; this is very convenient and you don’t get full by grabbing everything. There is a small swimming pool. The sauna and spa area are completely new. The overall impression of the hotel is very pleasant. The best part is there is an open terrace. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there all the time. Separately about treatment. A doctor's examination involves only an interview. If you want to take tests, only paid ones. The city is such a pleasant holiday for the glory.Negatives

There is no negativity as such. There are minor flaws. One of them: minor problems with communication between staff and guests and with their services. Example: upon arrival there was no robe in the room. I contacted the reception twice, but the issue was resolved only a day later, after the third request. I rested and recovered at the Humboldt Park Hotel & Spa from May 2 to May 10, 2019. This is my second trip to this hotel in 2019. I came here for the second time because I enjoyed my stay here in January 2019. Once again I would like to note the friendly hotel staff. Without exception, everyone is friendly and professional - at the reception, in the medical center, in the restaurant, and the maids. No problems with communication. Everything is very worthy. Thank you! I forgot to mention in my last review for January the excellent lighting in the room: a chandelier on the ceiling, a lamp and bedside sconces. For me, good room lighting is very important. I stayed in the same room as in January. During this time, the TV was replaced with a more modern one. This time the pool opened on time - it was always open at 9.00. The hotel is located in a good location, we agreed to park your car by email in advance (10 Euro per day). The restaurant is small but cozy. The food is not bad, the wish was to expand the range of desserts. We took an economy room, there is enough space for two people, the room has everything you need (bed (😀), TV, safe, 2 bathrobes and slippers for procedures). Treatment in the hotel itself, the staff knows their stuff business. There is a sauna with a swimming pool (included in the price) which is Gut for us. I liked the holiday.
