I liked everything very much! Very friendly staff, good service, everything is very well organized, very clean, everything is very tasty. The room is cozy (comfort). The sources are very close. The treatment procedures are all at a very high level. I recommend this hotel to everyone! Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen! Sehr freundliches Personal, guter Service, alles ist sehr gut organisiert, sehr sauber, alles ist sehr lecker. Gemütliches Zimmer (Comfort). Good afternoon, the first time we were in the Humboldt hotel for two weeks in 2018, we really liked it, and this year we stayed again in this wonderful hotel for three weeks from 29.08. to 09/18/21. We arrived in Humboldt, and from the first minutes we felt at home. Marina met us at the reception; after talking with her, we were left with the feeling that you were communicating with a loved one. The next day we had an appointment with the doctor. Doctor Vladimir, a very attentive, caring, good person. Every time he met with vacationers, he called them by name and was interested in their health. There were a lot of people, but he remembered everyone by name, and knew who had what health problems. For him, all vacationers are very important. Alyonka, Anechko, Suzanka and Veronica, THANK YOU so much for your care, attention, wonderful procedures, warmth and joy that you gave us. This time the Alexander restaurant conquered our stomach even more. A huge selection of delicious, varied food, everything was excellent. The hotel struck me with an extremely inattentive attitude towards clients. Due to known circumstances, the flight was postponed and I had to arrive at the hotel late and did not have time for dinner. Therefore, I wrote to the hotel in advance with a request to leave me some food, since I am a diabetic and this is very important for me. I received an answer from the manager that everything would be left and there was no need to worry. I arrived at the hotel at 22.00 and received an answer from the receptionist - they didn’t leave anything for you. She didn’t even offer me a glass of tea. I was shocked. The next day I contacted the manager and was offered to have lunch for free. Considering that I paid in full the previous day, I do not consider it free. The room is quite large, significantly shabby. The bed linen is stained, the bathrobe is frayed. Washing in the bathroom is very inconvenient, the water is not properly regulated. The pool was not open on my days; no one, of course, warned us about this in advance. Conclusion: it’s very far from 4 stars, I definitely don’t recommend it.

Irina, when she received me, helped me order a Covid test and answered all my questions. Dr. Polovka carefully asked about my problems, and I am satisfied with the treatment prescribed. The masseurs and nurses are skilled and polite. Thank you for a good rest and treatment.

A very unfair business is being conducted, having paid for 14 days of hotel accommodation, due to an early transfer from Karlovy Vary to Germany, our stay at the Humboldt Hotel must be interrupted for one day. At the beginning, the possibility of recalculation was promised in one day. But then Sanatoriums.com refused this service and were told to contact the hotel. The hotel also refused us this. In short, it turned out to be a fraud with the misappropriation of money, the situation turned out to be unsolvable, like in the Stone Age. It’s a shame. Vacationers be vigilant and careful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Humbolt Hotel for 22 days. Excellent staff, including the manager. Any issue was resolved quickly and with special attention. In the medical department, Alena and Anna won us over with their friendliness and commitment. Many thanks to all the restaurant staff, especially the waiter. The hotel is clean , good cleaning.
