very cool hotel, you feel a high level, the staff is friendly, they speak good Russian, free parking although not very large. The rooms are with wonderful decor, the Internet is fast. The hotel itself is located on the river bank and also next to a beautiful park - Dvorak Gardens, to the springs 2 minutes walk

Excellent selection of medical and spa treatments. All treatment is directly at the hotel, in the treatment area. The entire hotel is clean and well maintained. We liked the staff, no matter how many times we contacted them, they always quickly tried to help.

We had never been to Humboldt before. I can't say that I'm very impressed, but it's a decent hotel. Not in the center, but about 5-7 minutes walk to the springs. Moreover, the nearest source is a garden colonnade, literally 1 minute away. We were placed in a room overlooking the park. Spacious and clean room. Robes and slippers are provided, and there is also a hairdryer. There are no language problems with the staff.

Accommodation and food are at a good level. The treatment is 50/50. I liked some of the procedures, some were clearly unnecessary and essentially had no effect on my health. We have heard about the practice of doctors prescribing cheap procedures so that guests can buy more expensive ones at their own expense. We don’t know if this was the case in our case, but judging by the list of procedures that we saw, such a moment is visible.Negatives

Clean good hotel. Acceptable food, the restaurant was good, clean, there was almost no smell from the hotel kitchen. The waiters clean on time, the tablecloths are clean, it’s a pleasure to sit. The food was very good in my opinion. The holiday was a complete success.

Well located. Almost opposite is a city park area, where we often walked and sat in the evenings. I liked the wellness treatments and the spa center at the hotel. In Humboldt there are smoking and non-smoking rooms; this point must be immediately discussed at the reception upon check-in. I recommend the hotel, it is quite comfortable.
