Once upon a time there was a high-level sanatorium, but now it clearly does not correspond to the declared category - this primarily concerns the furnishings in the rooms and decoration. The furniture is old - the closet is warped, the doors of the bedside tables and drawers are stuck, the carpet is worn to holes, the old frames are jammed so that it is impossible to open the window, etc. The first week there were problems with food - everything was either overcooked or salty/spicy, which is strange for such a place - usually “diet food” is exactly the opposite. The second week everything improved and the feeding began to be very good. When asked what had changed, they answered that the cook had changed.

We rested for two weeks. A room of the best category was provided, since there were no others, without additional payment. The location of the hotel is optimal, we would especially like to note the presence of a terrace overlooking the Thermal Hotel and the park. Thanks to guide Olga Kozel for the excellent excursions. Overall it was a wonderful and, we would like to note, inexpensive vacation compared to resorts in Germany. Very friendly and welcoming staff in the balneological department. The manager's efforts to improve the quality of accommodation and service are noticeable; these are not disadvantages, but suggestions: there should be more hangers in the wardrobe and the same ones. Half of the light bulbs did not light, one was replaced only after a week.

It was my first time in Karlovy Vary. I don’t see the point in describing much. I liked everything - location, accommodation, food, staff, treatment and weather. Do I want to go to Karlovy Vary again - definitely YES. Do I want to stay at the Humboldt Park Hotel & Spa - without a doubt!Negatives
Rather than a negative, but a commentary. During our two-week stay, the bed linen was not changed even once. But during the procedures there were showers several times a day, so the linen was clean. Didn't bother about it.

This is not the first time we have booked hotels in Karlovy Vary through the Sanatorium company, and in general there were no complaints, but this time there was a serious problem; upon arrival at the Humboldt sanatorium, it turned out that there was no reservation for check-in. I understand that there are all sorts of force majeure circumstances, but no messages or warnings about this situation were received from the Sanatorium company, this is unacceptable. The deputy director of the sanatorium, Tomas Kral, behaved very honorably in this situation and offered a temporary alternative in the Colonnade sanatorium. The alternative was equivalent, but the problem is that due to travel, the treatment schedule was disrupted and half of the treatment procedures were lost. To be fair, it should be noted that Larisa, an employee of the Sanatorium company, called with an apology, but I expect more tangible compensation offers from the Sanatorium company. It’s spring, everything is already blooming. The location of the hotel is convenient in terms of accessibility to the city's infrastructure. There are springs of life-giving water nearby. The room is wonderful, high ceilings, nice furniture and decor. Wonderful and friendly staff both at the reception and in the balneocenter. Big respect to Yuri (it was always nice to talk to you). The food is quite varied and tasty, fruits, tea. We had a wonderful time. We recommend.

We vacationed with a friend from 02.04 to 13.04. It took us a long time to choose a sanatorium and we were not mistaken! I liked everything very much. The excellent staff of the entire sanatorium, starting from the reception, greeted us, checked us in, and took into account all our wishes. Special thanks to Yuri, although the other lords and ladies were always courteous and polite, helped in all situations, solved all problems at the first request. (although there were no problems, it started to rain, an umbrella please, I couldn’t turn on the TV, he came right away Anatoly did everything). The restaurant is clean and tidy, the dishes are delicious, fresh food, there is always a selection of fruits and the freshest pastries, very good coffee for breakfast, the waiters are always smiling, they never made any comments about being late for lunch (procedures, water) they waited politely and patiently. This is rare in KV. We were always interested in the opinions and wishes of guests about the menu and the quality of the dishes. I really liked the organization of the procedures. Attentive doctor Helena listened, prescribed procedures, wrote out the necessary prescriptions. Older sister Sharka is simply a professional with a capital P (there is someone to compare with in KV). She is very attentive to all the guests, tries to please everyone, listens to everyone, helps everyone. Upon request, he can adjust the schedule of procedures, this is also very rare, here they try to surround everyone with warmth and care. The girls and the medical staff are very good, Radka, Anechka, Veronica, Katya, thank you so much. You can write good words for a very long time, but it’s better to come and see for yourself.
