This concerns transfer. The journey there was a quick 6 hour drive with 3 breaks. Very calm driver, a professional. The return journey took 11 hours with 2 short breaks. The driver listened to loud music the whole time and moved to the tune. Was very funny. Tire pressure too low twice. Afterwards he wanted to change a tire and didn't know if he had one because it wasn't his car. He spent an hour changing tires with the help of fellow inmates. During this time the door opened and we all caught a cold... it had just snowed and was icy cold. Very dissatisfied with this transfer

Да, Вы правы, в номере категории Comfort отдыхается намного лучше и приятнее, нежели в стеснительных условиях номера Economy, который рассчитан скорее всего на мать с маленьким ребенком до 3-5 лет. Поэтому призываем всех наших клиентов инвестировать в комфортабельность, а не в испорченный низшей категорией номера отдых. Не всегда отелю удастся подарить своему клиенту то, за что не заплатил, хотя часто к таким подаркам прибегаем. Но и хотим также, чтобы все поняли, что если кто купил номер Еconomy, то наше право дать именно такую категорию, за которую заплатил. Просто без обид...Но в случае наличия лучших номеров всегда стараемся этот номер дать гостю несмотря на его выбор при покупке путевки. Еще раз благодарим, Михаил. Анаэль.

Вся суть в том, что согласно рапорту работника рецепшн Вы не согласились доплатить 100 евро и когда работница рецепшн Вам показала видео Вы начали скандалить. С Вами наша коллега пыталась всего лишь договориться между собой, но вы предпочли скандал и негативную рекламу для себя на весь мир. Да, я этот скандал проигнорировал хотя по правилам мог вызвать полицию. И этим хочу декларировать всем любителям поскандалить: наш отель-это оазис мира и тишины. Скандалы исключены. У нас каждый имеет право на свою гражданско-правовую позицию. Мы своих клиентов любим, уважаем и им даем все сверх наших сил. Но мы не можем быть толерантны к грубости и хамству. Guten Tag, lieber Waldemar. Danke für die Kritik, wenn auch nicht ganz konkret. Gegen die hygienische Sicherheit des Hotels verstoßen keine Hygienemasken tragen. Die Polizei kann bei diesem Vergehen ein Bußgeld von bis zu 400 Euro verhängen, aber das war nur meine Warnung an Sie. Wenn einer der Gäste krank wird, müssen wir das Hotel nicht schließen, bis das Gesundheitsamt die Suche durchgeführt hat. Leider denken viele, dass sie es so gemacht haben, wie sie geimpft wurden. Lieber Valdemar, 10 % der Geimpften sterben in Krankenhäusern, daher fordere ich alle Leser auf, nicht mit dem Feuer zu spielen. Heute ist es nicht einfach und es ist notwendig, dies irgendwie zu überleben. Danke noch einmal. Anael.

I encountered the boorish attitude of the new owner of the hotel (I may be mistaken that he is the owner). At the Alexander restaurant, this tall, dark, thin man often helped the waiters serve guests. At the reception they told me that he is the new owner of the hotel. It was unpleasant for me to go down to the restaurant when he was there. I noticed his demonstrative behavior from the first dinner. I felt under his sensitive hypercontrol and hyperprotection. He intensively pretended to take care of the guests, importunately cleared away the plates and “maintained” order. At the same time, he was indignant that we wear masks in the restaurant with special disdain and with a special tone. Personally, on the evening before the New Year, I was greeted in the lobby with aggression and the phrase “Wear a mask! Don’t they wear masks there in Germany?” I would like to note that in Germany they wear masks - citizens are informed about this, but at the Humboldt Hotel it is not clear that they must be worn strictly everywhere and I was never warned about this. In the neighboring hotel, according to friends, they did not make any comments to the guests about the mask at all. As long as this person works at this hotel, I will not come. It’s very unpleasant when you take a break from work in a hotel where the owner (the owner?) behaves so incorrectly. As far as I know, the owner recently changed. Уважаемая госпожа Палагнюк, мы Вам очень благодарны за данную рецензию. Сейчас Вы просто всем на весь мир рассказали о нормах, которые у нас действуют и которые строго должны соблюдаться. И совсем неправда, что Вы об этом не информированы, т.к. у нас везде расклеяны на стеклянных частях дверей знаки, предупреждающие о передвижении только в масках. Предупредили Вас и на рецепшн. Да и не знание данных норм не избавляет Вас от ответственности. Что касается приедете/не приедете: это уже дело каждого. Для нас также дороги гости, которые своими действиями не подвергают опасности остальных и ведут себя в рамках закона. Еще раз благодарю.
