In the wellness center, out of my 3-week stay, there were only 4-5 days when everything was working. Either the sauna, or the hammam, or the jacuzzi does not work... There is some problem in keeping everything in good condition, the hammam, for example, failed twice. We stayed at the hotel during the New Year holidays. The room is small but cozy. The mattress on the bed is comfortable, because... I have a bad back, I appreciated it. The room is very warm. Excellent WiFi reception. We also appreciated the good sound insulation. We lived on the second floor with a view of the road, river and Thermal, with the balcony and windows closed, no noise from the street was heard at all. We didn't hear our neighbors either. The maids clean the rooms conscientiously, there are no complaints about the cleanliness. The hotel employs responsive and friendly people. At the reception they printed out our boarding pass. Обычно клиенты хотят шведский стол и мы на него перешли в прошлом году. Но у нас очень большой объем постоянных клиентов, которые приезжают годами. И они нас утвердили в том, что бы мы опять перешли на меню по заказу. С июня месяца этого года у нас работает один из самых хороших шеф-поваров в Карловых Варах и мы с ним сделали рассмотр нашего меню и чуть его актуализировали. Для нас было бы проще вернуться к шведскому столу, но наше решение оправдается и большинство клиентов его хвалит. Но мы и так организовали шведский стол в течении выходных. Спасибо за хвалу нашего массажиста Александра. Он также один из самых лучших массажистов в городе. Но у меня есть двух разнообразных мнений на его работу. Одно, которое Вы пишете, второе, и это было сейчас второй раз, когда клиент жаловался на крепкость его массажей.. Саша делает очень интересный массаж, но очень спортивный и не всем он подойдет. Поэтому в сравнении с остальными массажистками их работа может казаться не настолько хорошая. Но верите, все наши массажисты мастера своего дела с сертификатами и опытом. Judging by previous reviews, the manager tries to take into account the wishes of vacationers. This attitude inspires great respect. Among other things, I really liked that the SPA area organized gymnastics classes (in the gym on mats and in the pool). The coach is simply an amazing girl, you get a huge charge of a great mood. My husband and I come to drink mineral water and receive gas therapy treatments (this therapy is truly unique). The dry and wet carbon dioxide baths went wonderfully. As for gas injections, what we received from nurse Ivana can hardly be called gas injections. It was, forgive my directness, a blunt piercing of the skin from the neck to the heels with virtually no gas supply, since the gas supply valve turned on and off almost simultaneously (the characteristic squeak of the device was hard not to hear) and then not with every injection. Tell me, how much gas can be released under the skin if Mrs. Ivana injects the needle more than 20 times within 20-25 seconds? The only thing we got from her in large quantities were hematomas all over the body, and this is taking into account the fact that the coagulation of our blood is normal. When during the next procedure I asked to do maybe not so many punctures, but to let more gas into the area of those joints that the doctor prescribed, Mrs. Ivana, with difficulty restraining herself, tried to explain to me that this is a unique procedure “Reflex acupuncture” and a bruise this is a very good sign on the body.!??????When I tried to object, Mrs. Ivana ran to complain about me and it was the best she could do. All other injections were done by sister Alenka and thank her very much, 5+ for her professionalism. If you think that Mrs. Ivana and I did not understand each other because of the language barrier, then this is not so, we understood each other very well, she just shouldn’t consider all patients to be complete delinquents (I, for example, am a medical worker myself). К информации по ремонтам рядом с нашим отелем: Вы правы втом, что в помещении рядом должна начинаться реконструкция но никто не знает когда и в каком объеме. Мы, как участники их разрешения на стройку пока ни с чем согласовались и отель современно закрыт. Другая стройка идет около 300 метров над нашим отелем в направлении источников. Но это не единственная дорога к источникам. На оборот, есть лучше вариант. Прямо под нашим отелем есть лесница, по которой можно спуститься в парк, где находится первый из источников и куда ходить удобнее и более здорого. Практически все наши клиенты этот вариянт знают и несмотря на любого типа ограничение им пользуются. We were lucky enough to stay in an excellent Deluxe room overlooking the Tepla River next to the Dvorak Gardens. The view from the balcony is simply amazing! I can’t help but notice the good level of work of the maids: the cleanliness of the room was constantly maintained. I liked the Alexander restaurant, which always has a good selection of dishes, both in the buffet version and in a rich assortment of dishes to order. The waitresses are extremely attentive and patient. The hotel has a good medical facility. The doctor carefully and promptly prescribed the procedures we needed. The nurse was always full of desire to help if any questions arose. The nurses are attentive and friendly during procedures. I really liked the massage therapist Alexander. His professional level is very high. And he shouldn’t drop the stamp - they are namesakes of Baron Humboldt! The guide Olga Kozel is a historian by profession. We went on several excursions with her: on an orientation tour of Karlovy Vary, we were in Salzburg, Prague, Marianske Lazne and Frantiskovy Lazne, in the medieval city of Cheb... The impression remained indelible! Olga is a knowledgeable person who has a great love for her work, to which she gives a part of herself. It would seem that it’s time to put an end to it?! But at the end, I want to note that such a team could not achieve perfection if it were not headed by an excellent leader. He is omnipresent! It’s in the power supply, it’s also in the treatment area. Not a single request, not a single appeal to him went unheeded. Thank you Tomas Kral! Excellent, cozy, family hotel. I was very pleased with the work of the staff in all zones. The entire team works harmoniously, professionally, and all issues are resolved promptly. Special thanks to all the girls, the nurses who performed the procedures and the massage therapist Alexander, as well as the maid Vera Kosova. Doctor Elena saw us the next day after our arrival before breakfast and immediately prescribed all procedures taking into account our wishes. A blood test was done upon request. A big plus is the presence of a swimming pool and jacuzzi, there is a sauna and hammam. The location of the hotel is ideal, everything is nearby. I would like to note the professionalism of the hotel director Tomas Kral, there are no small details in his work, he controls EVERYTHING that happens in the hotel. We think that it is largely thanks to his attentive, competent management that you will want to return to the hotel again and again. Thanks again everyone!
