We rested at the Morava Hotel from 12/27/18 to 01/10/19. This was our first experience of relaxing in a sanatorium. We chose the hotel ourselves, also based on reviews. We are very glad that we were not mistaken. I liked absolutely everything: from the location in relation to the sources to the food and service. We ordered breakfast and dinner, the food was deliciously prepared, for dinner there was a choice of 2 dishes or you could choose a dish from the lunch menu, the porridge for breakfast was beyond praise. We had enough of everything - quantity and choice. Many people write that the food is poor, but we didn’t think so. I would especially like to note the quality of medical procedures provided. Despite the “high” season of our stay at the hotel - New Year, all procedures were strictly on time, there was never a queue, even for gas injections. All the nurses - Alena, Hanka, and Hannah from the hydropathic clinic, the massage therapists Katya and Milan are attentive, friendly, and professional. Thank you very much everyone. Upon check-in, our requests for a room were taken into account, which was also very nice. Two weeks flew by like one day, we dream of returning to the hotel again.Negatives

In the hotel it is worth replacing the pillows and mattresses. It’s not possible to sleep, everything is squashed. The sheets are old. Everything was great! Starting with a meeting at Prague airport. We ordered a group transfer from the sanatoriums. We also went on an excursion with them on Sunday. The food at the hotel is as if everything was prepared for you in your home kitchen, and in terms of variety it is quite consistent with a 3-star hotel. Treatment is organized without queues or crowds near the offices. Room cleaning is at the highest level. Towels and linen were changed twice a week. this year I want to write that a lot has changed for the worse at the Morava Hotel. In the rooms, the mattresses on the beds are squashed with holes, you sleep like in a hammock. The pillows are disgusting; you can’t sleep on them. I can’t say anything good about the food. I go to this place quite a lot hotel, but this year it was terrible. The cooking is not bad, but there is no variety, potatoes and spaghetti every day. Salads are mainly made from cabbage. If you go on an excursion, they give you a so-called dry ration. К сожалению такой информации не поступало. Можно было все устроить и решить все неудобства еще в период прибывания в отеле и улучшить качество и комфорт. То, что касается питания, отель предлагает разнообразное меню, в том числе, например, на обед предлагают выбрать из 3 основных блюд, двух вариантов салатов и разнообразия овощей. Сухой паек так же достаточно сытный и состоит из продуктов, которые можно брать с собой например на экскурсии: йогурт, сыр, колбасы, сладкий десертик, хлеб, тосты, фрукты и вода.
