Wonderful hotel! The location is almost in the mountains, no city noise, we slept with the windows open! Free travel on city buses. Nice and helpful staff! Delicious and varied cuisine! Every day there was a new chef! Large swimming pool, which is very important for vacationers with children. The children had a place to splash and play. We vacationed from February 13 to February 27. We are coming to Karlovy Vary for vacation for the fourth time. We book hotels through the website sanatoriums.com, which is very convenient and simple. I really liked the transfer service from the airport to the hotel provided by sanatoriums.com. Special thanks to the driver Alexey, who met us at the airport without delay and took us to the entrance of the sanatorium. The treatment during our stay at the sanatorium exceeded our expectations. The appointment of procedures by Dr. Akhmatilla Umurzokov during the initial examination is carried out individually, depending on specific diseases, with his professional recommendations to achieve treatment results. Spa Resort Sanssouci offers many different health and wellness treatments. Among them there are some that other hotels do not offer. We are very grateful to the medical staff for organizing and conducting the procedures; they had a positive impact on our health! The food at the hotel is varied and tasty, organized on a buffet basis. Capsule coffee machines are available in the rooms. If desired, you can make coffee and tea at any time. The hotel staff responds promptly and resolves all issues that arise. The hotel is located near a forest, away from the center of the resort area and the central region of Karlovy Vary. The problem of constant availability of drinking springs and the city center is perfectly solved by a free bus ticket issued upon check-in, the stop of which is located right next to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and treatment in this sanatorium!Negatives

Excellent location: mountain air, amazing views of the surrounding area, not in the center, and therefore not noisy or fussy. It should be noted that the ideal solution is to travel by city bus (without payment) for the possibility of a drinking course, which, in general, removes the issue of a short distance from the central part of the city. The time of stay and treatment in your hotel was unforgettable. The hotel staff, including everyone working, was very polite, competent, and friendly. Cleanliness and hygiene are simply wonderful. All treatment procedures were carried out at a high professional level. Special and big thanks to the restaurant staff, everything was very tasty and perfectly served. The hotel is located a little far from the Colonade, but we had the opportunity to travel for free by bus, and just have the opportunity to take another walk and admire your beautiful city. Good morning, it was my first time in the sanatorium. I often heard about the Sansousi sanatorium from my neighbor and was finally able to visit it myself. I had a very good doctor who gave me the right and effective treatment. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The food is fresh, tasty and varied. I booked a room for one person and they gave me a very large and spacious room for two people. In terms of cleanliness, everything was great.
