- First of all, thanks to your website and personally to Vladislav Burya for your help with booking. Everything was great and no problems. We got the apartment we wanted at Blue Hause. Despite the fact that we arrived much earlier, the room was already ready. - What was unexpected was that since we lived in an apartment, our restaurant was the Opera, where we could order dishes from the menu without additional payment. Special thanks to the cooks and waiter Boris! - We also liked the procedures, but next time we will know better what kind of procedures we would like to receive. For example, more massage in KM5 (very good masseuse). - Almost all the staff speak Russian. Among the nurses, I would like to specifically mention Kamila - a very friendly and sensitive girl. They cleaned well, in general, everywhere in the sanatorium was clean. - I won’t repeat myself about the good location of the hotel and well-organized transfer to the city. - We didn’t take any trips (of which there are a number on offer) since we didn’t have much time, but the concierge booked us a game at a golf club not far from the city. - In general, many thanks to the sanatorium and the site.Negatives
- The only thing I didn’t like was the reception of Villa Mercedes. The girls there are either overworked or just like that, but I have seen conflicts there more than once, and in all languages. They spoke Russian to the point of being rude. For me, as a resident of Germany, this was unusual and unpleasant. Guests of the sanatorium can change the time of procedures or order new procedures only from them, it is clear that this work with clients is annoying, however, it is advisable for these workers to have more patience.

The sanatorium is located away from the central square in a forest area with wonderful clean air. Despite the small number of guests from Russia this year, the hotel “keeps its mark” both in vacation treatments and in food. Friendliness , politeness, accurate fulfillment of all assignments, excellent food on always set tables with linen napkins. Excellent location on the mountain, silence, birdsong, free travel to the promenade, although a walk through the park along the river is only 20 minutes.
