Very clean, tidy hotel, large room and good service. Wonderful view from balcony. Quiet with no traffic or tourist noise compared to hotels in the Spa centre. Easy to catch the free bus No. 2 to the Spa centre or to the city centre. Buses go every 20 minutes. Wonderful swimming pool 16 m long! The hotel consists of three buildings interconnected by tunnels that have lifts and are pleasant to walk along. Not a problem getting from building to building.Negatives
Terrible food for a 4 star hotel; no imagination, very basic, poor presentation. Food I imagine is better at an army canteen. Need to replace the cooks and bring in professionals!

For me, a big plus is the location of the sanatorium at the top, away from the bustle, as well as the presence of a beautiful swimming pool with a glass roof and located among exotic greenery. The biggest disadvantage of your stay is the long transitions between medical buildings. Sometimes you have to walk 2-3 times a day, this makes you very tired, especially in the first days of your stay. In this regard, this hotel is more suitable for young and healthy people. The work of the cooks also leaves much to be desired. Compared to other hotels of lesser star quality, the food looked pale and monotonous. This is my third time at this hotel and each time I write about the equipment of the shower cabins - there simply isn’t enough shelf for a sponge, and the shower hook is so high that you have to jump up to hang it.

I rested at the sanatorium for the second time. Accommodation and treatment are good, Dr. Alexander Mikhailovsky is wonderful and attentive. The staff of the sanatorium is very friendly and responsive. The organization of procedures is excellent. The food is excellent, I especially want to mention the chef Vladimir of the Charleston restaurant. Simply cool! I like that the sanatorium is located away from the springs, which promotes walking in the fresh air.Negatives
This time the unpleasant sensations remained from the work of the maids. Wet cleaning in the room was never done! There was a thick layer of dust on the bedside tables, tables, TV, headboard, and lamps! In the bathroom the same picture, dust was just hanging from the mirror! There was no response to requests to fix the door in the shower stall. The shoe racks have not been wiped even once in 20 days! I had to do everything myself. Towels and linen were changed regularly. I really want my next visit to the sanatorium not to be spoiled by the presence of dust in the room.

Were under treatment from January 3 to January 16, 2016. We booked it ourselves via the Internet. Basically we were very pleased with everything. Considering the main profile of the resort - hydrotherapy, a large selection of related treatments is well selected and available. Large swimming pool, sauna and hamam. The staff is mostly qualified and friendly. After the first massage I had to ask to change the masseuse, they satisfied me without any questions. I missed one procedure - they scheduled it for another day without any problems. All issues, including time changes to procedures, were resolved quickly at the reception desk in the Mercedes building. We were very pleased with the food, although sometimes we heard some dissatisfaction from gourmets who forgot that they were on a diet. We lived in the Blue House in room 201 next to the router, the Internet was excellent. Some tips for those who save money or come by car. You can park outside the sanatorium parking lot on the street. Since the street is a dead end, there was no danger of damaging the car; you can save money on parking. Considering that there are no procedures on Saturday and Sunday (except for paid ones), you can arrive on Sunday and leave on Friday. One “night” can be saved. The cheapest prices start after the old New Year and last (according to the staff) until May. It is better to check offers often on the website or by phone. We didn’t use the bus; we enjoyed walking around the city.Negatives

Location of the sanatorium. Mountains, air, forest and a 15-minute walk from the source. There is a free bus to the source. We were there in February and took a lot of warm clothes with us that were of no use to us. The rooms are very warm. Delicious and varied food. Buffet. There is a bar, cozy corners for relaxation, water from the source is supplied to both buildings of the sanatorium (the sanatorium consists of two buildings located separately and connected by underground corridors - “Blue House” and “Green House”) All staff speak at least three languages. The procedures are planned and carried out very well. Treatment rooms are located in different buildings! For those who don't like or can't move, you need to take note of this. All movements are through underground passages.

- there are no highchairs in the dining room for up to two-year-old children, - they don’t do wet cleaning in the rooms every day (although when you ask something, everyone immediately fixes it and helps!!! This is a plus) - nudism of European vacationers in the sauna, so please organize a separate spa center (sauna for husbands and wives, small swimming pool next to the sauna, toilet, showers) without contact with nudists. It's a culture shock!
