My wife and I rested in this wonderful hotel from July 27 to August 9. We liked absolutely everything. And we have never met such wonderful staff. Many thanks to the reception workers Irina Natalya, the restaurant workers Ezhina Itka Lena. During the procedures - Tomas Veronika and everyone else. I want to return to this hotel and we will definitely return!

I really liked the location of the hotel. The comfort room is large, cozy (with a balcony and a view of the river....no extra charge/thank you very much for that). On my birthday I received a small gift from the hotel, it was very nice, thank you. The hotel is not big, quiet....maybe even sometimes very quiet...In the restaurant the same...often there were only 2-3 tables occupied. 🤷 The food was often delicious, but as for salads and desserts....not finalized. There are practically no desserts! One type of cake and fruit! Not suitable for 4 stars! It seems like they haven’t decided on water and tea yet... either there was water and tea at lunch, then water at lunch, and tea in the evening.... our wish is to still offer mineral water, and not from the tap!!!! The breakfasts are amazing, for every taste! We really want to praise the girl Lena from the restaurant, she will always come to the rescue, give advice, and explain. I liked the doctor and was attentive! The procedures are good, almost everything is done on time. It’s a pity that mineral water is not supplied for procedures... although this is not important for everyoneNegatives
We were very surprised that on the day of arrival, meals began with dinner..... in all other hotels we were in, and this is already 7!!!!, from lunch! This was not written anywhere. Thanks to Lena, she organized it so that we started with lunch and ended with breakfast on the last day.....I think few people still have lunch on the last day! Please reconsider this! I think all the visitors will support us. Diversify salads and desserts! Still 4 stars! Deal with drinks for lunch and dinner! Request: Light blankets for summer. It would not hurt to wish us a good trip at the reception on the day of departure and ask whether we liked it or not!

The location of the hotel is central, 5 minutes walk to the old town and the water sources. The hotel appears very clean and well maintained. Room is clean, absolutely sufficient. The booking, reception and welcome were impeccable. The breakfast and dinner are plentiful and the staff are very nice, especially Lena, Jetka, Jirina. A great, friendly team! Kudos to the doctor Vladimir Polovka and the medical professionals like Tomas, Marketa and others. Very good information and support. Sister Marina's appointment management is also very positive. We enjoyed unique hospitality and very good cuisine. We can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience.

The hotel was cooperative in everything: they created a convenient treatment schedule so that my husband and I could take turns attending treatments; the restaurant brought treats for the baby; They also gave us a very nice gift in the form of a room upgrade.

We went on a two-week vacation with our friends with treatments. Wonderfully located hotel, top location. Rooms well equipped and clean. Breakfast and dinner varied and very tasty. Staff always friendly and accommodating. All in all a dream!!! Always, gladly, go back there. Lidia and Viktor.

We have only positive feelings about our stay. We liked everything. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Super tasty food, praise to the kitchen staff. Very nice service in the restaurant, especially Jidka and Lena. Cozy and clean room. A very nice doctor, Vladimir Polovka, he is a doctor from God. His staff are also friendly and helpful, always with a smile. For us it was a nice, relaxed vacation. Many thanks to all the hotel staff!!! We'd love to come back.

It was a great and relaxing vacation. There were two of us with a small son and a German boxer. After one night, we were offered a larger room. We felt very comfortable. Staff super nice! The food was also good, good selection. Staff in the restaurant very nice and helpful. SPA area is small, but super clean and open until 8 p.m. We spent 2 hours there every day. The location of the hotel is great! Much within walking distance. If we go to Karlovy Vary again, we will come back to this hotel.Negatives

We rested in this sanatorium from 02/19/2023 to 02/26/2023. We liked everything very much, the service was at a high level. All our additional wishes were fulfilled. Many thanks to the girl Lena, who works in the restaurant. She was always ready to help, very attentive. The balneo center also deserves a good rating. There were no queues, we had to wait a maximum of 5-7 minutes. This indicates good organization of procedures. Thanks for that too. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I would like hotels to get rid of carpets in the future. One more note - the sauna needs to be turned on a little earlier. You sit for a whole hour in a cold sauna of about 60 degrees.
