You calmly enter the medical building, leave your appointment sheet at the reception desk, and calmly communicate with other vacationers and wait on the sofa to be invited. No fuss, running around or anything like that. Moreover, the girls working in the medical building are quite responsive; they will tell, show, explain and help everything. The equipment in the medical building is new, we had enough procedures, we just missed the “salt cave”, there is none in the sanatorium. Although, when we were driving, we knew about it. During the 10 days we stayed in the room, our bed linen, bathrobes and slippers were changed 4 times. The room is cleaned every day, a little early, but it’s probably no different, like when we left for breakfast, they cleaned up our place. Nutrition is a completely separate topic. We read reviews that this is the weak point of the sanatorium, and the food needs to be improved. DON'T TRUST ANYONE!!! The assortment of dishes is quite large, there is a choice for every taste, the preparation is simply wonderful, everything is very tasty, the portions are simply huge, there are always sweet pastries for breakfast, lunch and dinner, for lunch and dinner there is also an assortment of fruits: apples, grapes, kiwis, plums, bananas , tangerines, pears, oranges, watermelons, melons, pineapples. But not in one day such an assortment at once, but at least three or four types of fruit at a time. Believe me, we have something to compare the food in Karlovy Vary sanatoriums with. Even the more rated hotels seemed weaker in terms of cuisine. There is a separate dietary menu (where everything is harmless, but for us it is not tasty, although if health forces it, then there is no escape...) And also a swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. You can go to the pool and bath all day long for free, the water is clean and the temperature is comfortable. From 16 o'clock the saunas are turned on, there are two of them: one is dry, like a Finnish one, the second is a hammam. There are sun loungers for relaxing, clean towels, a cooler with cold and hot water, a radio, two exercise machines: one elliptical and the other some kind of vibration. You can spend a very pleasant time there before dinner.

High ceilings, pleasant interior, warmth in the room (regulated radiators), warmth in the hotel. It’s comfortable to walk from your room to treatments in slippers and a robe. The treatment department is open from 7.30 to 19.30, procedures were prescribed both in the morning and in the afternoon. These days it worked seven days a week. Many thanks from us to Mrs. Anna!!! We highly recommend that you go to the medical department immediately upon arrival without waiting for a doctor’s appointment! It’s convenient to walk to the springs - right from the hotel, down the stairs and through the park (you can do it without steps, along the sidewalk along the road). To Geyser (No. 1) no more than 15 minutes, to Sadovoy (No. 12) - 3 minutes. I liked the food on the menu; there were poultry, meat and fish dishes to choose from. Deliciously prepared, beautiful presentation. I would say the portions are large. Breakfast is a buffet too with enough hot and cold options to choose from. Good times and durations for breakfast, lunch - 2 hours, dinner - 2.5. A New Year's celebration was organized with interesting dishes, entertainment, champagne and fireworks. We recommend this hotel! Transfers were ordered from Sanatoriums, everything was on time, comfortable and of high quality.

I go every year, but to different sanatoriums in the Czech Republic. And I wanted to come to this sanatorium again.

The hotel is quiet and calm, if anyone wants to take a break from the noise and fuss. I recommend. The staff is responsive and kind, they immediately respond to problems and requests. I liked the doctor. The procedures are done well and efficiently with a smile. The children were also prescribed to drink 50 grams of water.
