The food quality is good. The choice of dishes is small, but there is always enough of everything. Breakfast is normal, lunch and dinner are excellent. Many thanks to the chef! I really liked the fact that with half board you can choose your own lunch or dinner. It is very comfortable. Special thanks to the reception staff! For your help, for your care! In general, I had only positive impressions from the hotel itself, from the staff and from the treatment.

Of the minuses, I would like to note the work of the maids. Unfortunately, I don’t know the names, and the disadvantages do not apply to everyone. From 21.11 to 24.11 my room on the 4th floor was cleaned by the same girl - no complaints about her, cleaning was 5+. On other days there were different maids all the time and their work was careless: bed linen, towels and bathrobes were not changed. All the cleaning consisted of laying out a blanket on the bed without even covering the bed with a coverlet. I’m not sure that the room was vacuumed, it was somehow unnoticeable. Another minus is the lunch package. Very meager and uninteresting, but with a huge amount of bread (For breakfast, terrible, tasteless coffee. In general, the Humboldt Hotel is very well located - equidistant from the centers of the resort area (springs, colonnade, hotels, boutiques) and the city (shops, transport, etc.), which can be reached along smooth roads. I really liked the food and immediately felt the balanced dietary approach. Of course, you can diversify the menu with vegetables and fruits, juices, salads, etc., and since the hotel is historical, you can think about the “highlight” dish that Alexander Humboldt himself ate. There are few TV programs in Russian, and even then who knows what. We need to work on this. I’m thinking of expanding the number of programs from Russia; there are no particular problems if the management wishes. After all, the bulk of the guests are Russian speakers. If it weren’t for her, I would only have breakfast there, but, unfortunately, they don’t have that. There is no kettle or tea and coffee in the rooms. In general, if you find it difficult without this, take a boiler :)! They don't even have a cooler on the floor. They say drink tap water. And she has some kind of smell. In general, we had to buy water. And it is very expensive in terms of rubles. Although I believe that in a hotel offering treatment for people who come to drink mineral water, it is better to put clean water in the refrigerator instead of alcohol and “harmful drinks”. Before this, I was in Sochi at the Imereti 4* hotel, we have everything as it should be - a kettle, mugs, tea-coffee, bottled water every day, in addition to “harmful drinks”. And our breakfast was beyond praise! But I digress... The sauna did not heat up to 90 degrees. , the water in the pool is cold. But it has a cool counter-current - very convenient for such a small pool! Nice jacuzzi and not tolerable hammam. I’ll say something about the massage therapists - they don’t strain themselves! То, что один очень высоко ценит, второй даже смотреть не может. У нас приходят повара утром, что бы готовили свежий завтрак, одновременно делают салаты и готовят фрукты на обед, после обеда на ужин. Когда порежем только овощи и отдельно их поставим на стол, одни будут рады и сами будут себе готовить салат. другие будут жаловаться, что мы не сделали полноценный салат без соли и.т.д. Мы питаемся салаты менять ежедневно, что бы и они были разнообразными. Несмотря на то все, мы готовы индивидуально подойти к желанию наших клиентов и готовить по договору с ними, когда они на готовы выбрать из нашего предложения. We rested in Karlovy Vary from 07.10 to 20.10.2017 in this hotel. The hotel accommodation is excellent. All important city facilities are nearby. I also liked the treatment. 37 procedures - it was like going to work. But all procedures are done with soul.
