We booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as pictured on this site. Attention! If you need a 3-room room, then book exactly 601 rooms by additionally contacting the hotel. There are only 3 apartments, 602 - very beautiful, the bedroom is located on a hill right in the tower, the living room is spacious. But these are 2 rooms and 1 bathroom. And room 603, where we were immediately accommodated, was very cramped, with windows facing the courtyard. I do not advise! Мы организовали фирменного врача, который сидит недалеко от наших отелей. вес персонал имеет возможность к нему зайти, даже в течении рабочего дня. вес персонал мы держим так, что бы вся эксплуатация отвечала всем нормам. Мы решили заменить шведский стол за маню на заказ, потому что много наших постоянных клиентов приезжает именно по нашему меню. Что бы Вам было понятно, обслуживание при форме заказного меню и подготовка блюд для нас сложнее. Я сам очень критично отношусь к нашей работе, я сам работал как ген директор группы Бристоль и я могу сравнивать. Все делаем ошибки и мы всегда готовы их признать. Ваши жалобы на лечение, газовые зколы и так дальше, извините, мне кажутся не обоснованные. Остальные наши клиенты, и их не мало, довольны именно формой нашего лечения и обшими услугами нашего отеля. Одно из них, это то, что когда у клиента возникает ошибка, не смотря на то, что администрация делает, возникают следующие ошибки. Это однозначно Ваш пример. меня, к сожалению, проинформировали после моей болезни о Вашем случае но мне также проинформировали о том, что была предоставленна скидка, с которой Вы в концу согласовались. Отель расположен 3 минуты пешком от первого источника (Змия). окна первых номеров находятся около 10 метров над уровней улици. Когда человек вечером не открывает окна, в номере практически ничего не слышно. Еда является очень субективной но я ежедневно прихожу контролировать завтрак, обед и ужин и я лично доволен с уровней питания в нашем отеле. Госпожа Вера, Ваши коментарии мне кажутся не полностью объективными. For the first time we refused the services of our tour operator, we ordered a package through this website - and it turned out just wonderful.. Since the hotel is small, there is an almost family atmosphere, everyone got to know each other, and many became friends. I was a guest in rooms of different categories and I can say that each has its own zest and is not similar to the other. We were lucky with the food, since both breakfast and dinner were organized as a buffet.. On the day of our departure, dinner was made to order. The food was of high quality. A variety of fruits. Very tasty pastries, both in the morning and in the evening. Very high quality tea (eight varieties) is served in the evening too. Although most hotels will not offer you anything other than water for dinner. Morning coffee is very tasty. The interior of the restaurant, table setting, service is a special song. I advise lovely ladies to bring a couple of appropriate outfits that will help you feel comfortable. There was dinner with live music. Lovely. Можно организовать дополнительные осмотри но только по согласованию с нашей медсестрой. Она заступает врача в случаи любых вопросов. Наш врач Гелена не находится все время на месте, так как не находятся все время на месте и другие врача в других санаториях. В нашей рабочей команде работает много сотрудников, несколько из них родились в русско говорящих странах. Правда то, что не все сотрудники полностью говорят на русском языке но мы их тренируем, что бы уровень комуникации с клиентами была самая высокая. телевидение в отеле работает по чуть другой схеме чем дома. поэтому у нас нет возможности удовлетворить всех наших клиентов по перечени и списку програм.
