The restaurant is clean and tidy, the dishes are delicious, fresh food, there is always a selection of fruits and the freshest pastries, very good coffee for breakfast, the waiters are always smiling, they never made any comments about being late for lunch (procedures, water) they waited politely and patiently. This is rare in KV. We were always interested in the opinions and wishes of guests about the menu and the quality of the dishes. I really liked the organization of the procedures. Attentive doctor Helena listened, prescribed procedures, wrote out the necessary prescriptions. Older sister Sharka is simply a professional with a capital P (there is someone to compare with in KV). She is very attentive to all the guests, tries to please everyone, listens to everyone, helps everyone. Upon request, he can adjust the schedule of procedures, this is also very rare, here they try to surround everyone with warmth and care. A wonderful hotel, which my wife and I visited for the second time with a break of 10 years. It remains just as elegant, comfortable and clean. The organization of treatment procedures is excellent, but you should not expect wise advice from a doctor who appears there only for a short time and, apparently, not every day. The quality of food directly depends on which of the two chefs is on duty: one day the dishes are excellent and simply delicious, and the next they are banal and faceless. The breakfasts are good, filling, far from poor, plentiful, but rather monotonous. Nice small pool, jacuzzi and sauna on the last, sixth floor. The location of the hotel is very convenient: all the main sources are a few minutes’ walk away, and you don’t have to run up the hills, which is an important circumstance for Karlovy Vary. The hotel is headed by a new manager, Tomas Kral, who makes great and successful efforts to eliminate the small roughness that always and inevitably arise in any hotel. The work of the maids deserves some criticism, as, in my opinion, they do not change linen, give out shampoos, etc., in a timely manner. Overall about the hotel: excellent value for money. All 20 promised procedures per week were received in full. A couple of times, due to our sluggishness, we missed the time for procedures and thought that they were gone. But the lovely girls from the SPA department called and offered a new time for them. Not all hotels can organize their work this way. Many thanks to the medical and administrative management of the hotel. The hotel is well maintained, in the room, in the corridors, in the restaurant, in the lobby there is a pleasant atmosphere of cleanliness and comfort everywhere. Its architecture is elegant and organic, and its location is good. Everything is at hand: it is located not far from the Post Office, which in turn is like the border between the shopping and resort parts of the city. The city center is simply a fairy tale. There was no second doctor’s appointment, although according to all procedures there should be one. 4. Parking fees are probably the highest in Karlovy Vary hotels. but the most inconvenient. Что касается приемов врача, то в Карловых Варах мало отелей, где врач принимает в субботу и воскресенье. В день приезда гостя не практикуется осмотр у врача, так как после дороги у него могут быть недостоверные показатели работы сердечно-сосудистой системы. А значит, это исказит общую картину состояния организма. В отношении парковки отмечу, что ее цена действительно не низкая, но среднестатистическая по Карловым Варам. Так как машин много на парковке иногда действительно приходится ждать, пока наш сотрудник подгонит ее. Мы очень благодарны Вам за ваши замечания. Я лично буду очень внимательно смотреть за тем, чтобы наши услуги соответствовали всем стандартам европейского уровня. Я очень надеюсь, что Вы в следующий раз приедете в наш отель.
