Good afternoon. Let's start with the transfer from the airport, we were met exactly on time, even though it was late, it was definitely nice and polite. We arrived at the hotel very late, but they were waiting for us there, even with a cold dinner. Everyone is very friendly. The kitchen, restaurant, food and staff are just another story. I don’t even know how to rate probably 15 out of ten points. It’s delicious, just like at mom’s house.... Well done girls, keep it up. Overall everything is good.Negatives
In the spa every day something didn’t work, the jacuzzi didn’t work, the pool didn’t work, the shower didn’t work, etc.

We stayed at the Humbolt Hotel for two weeks and were very pleased. The entire hotel staff is very friendly, starting from the receptionist, the girls in the restaurant are very kind, sweet, always with a smile on their faces and polite, you can talk a lot about doctor Vladimer, he is an extraordinary person, always positive, attentive and responsive, remembers every patient’s name and will not pass by without asking how he is doing and how his health is. Always smiling and joking. Such a doctor makes your soul feel warm. If there were more such doctors, maybe there would be fewer patients! And of course, all the medical staff deserve respect and gratitude, also all the sisters and both massage therapists are very friendly and nice, always with a smile on their faces and polite, you can talk a lot about doctor Vladimer, he is an extraordinary person, always positive, attentive and responsive, remembers everyone What is the patient’s name and will not pass by without asking how he is doing and how his health is. Always smiling and joking. Such a doctor makes your soul feel warm. If there were more such doctors, maybe there would be fewer patients! And of course, all the medical staff deserve respect and gratitude, also all the sisters and both massage therapists are very friendly and courteous, they will always help especially my blind husband. It was our first time at the Kurhotel Humboldt and we were very happy with everything. The house is small and quite manageable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Food . The meat - beef, turkey and even chicken - is just tough, tough! We told the chef - nothing has changed! All days (14 days) the beef is simply impossible to chew, it’s tough! Yes, I was surprised that there is no forced ventilation in the toilet!
