We really enjoyed our stay at the Nabokov Grand Hotel! Especially the offer for families with children. The hotel has a well-equipped games room, the key to which is issued for the entire stay. Our room was really very comfortable, all the furnishings were modern, there was TV in Russian. The entire staff speaks Russian, which is very convenient. The swimming pool and saunas, as well as all procedures, were within easy reach of our room. All the staff are very friendly and ready to help, any nuances that arise are easily regulated. It should also be noted that there is a Beauty Salon in the Hotel. We were pleased with his services! And also the well-coordinated work of the restaurant staff: always varied and fresh food will satisfy the needs of even the most demanding gourmets. We were pleasantly surprised by the availability of water and tea for lunch and dinner! Very attentive and tactful waiters, especially Tanya))) She found an approach to our child, who did not want to eat anything. And after talking with her, he changed his behavior. Very kind and smiling girl! The restaurant has a very beautiful view from the window and you can change your table every time. It is very comfortable. There are always free places. The food in the restaurant was limited, there was not enough food for all the guests, and it was not delivered; we had to be content with the remnants of the buffet. The water in the pool is more than refreshing. The location of the saunas and swimming pool is perplexing; there are saunas and relaxation areas on one floor, and a swimming pool below. The pool also has a sauna, which does not have a hose for washing the seats. How is that? The schedule of procedures is scattered, all you do is plan your procedures and leisure time. The staff during the procedures are tense and not very friendly. The reception staff is also not very welcoming. The bar has a very small selection of drinks and also very little space. It's cold in the lobby, and in general the hotel and restaurant were very cool.

We experienced difficulties with allocation of the treatments and medical procedures. Firstly, we were not given the required procedures and had very loose schedule during the weekend. As the result of this we were not able to take all the procedures since some were scheduled on the day of our departure which was not really possible for us.
