Very good location of the hotel. Almost next to the Colonade and not far from the center. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, speaks Russian, German, and English. The procedures take place as scheduled. Food (subjective for us) with a huge selection and for every taste, especially breakfast. Very nice, spacious room, there is even a kettle for tea or coffee lovers. The room was cleaned every day, the maids were great, the cleaning was quick and clean. Regarding the use of bonuses (I have 650 CZK left): at first they said that they can be used for a resort fee. And only half a day before departure, when the suitcase was already packed, it turned out that this cannot be done and you have to pay. So they remained unused. It is also very strange that replacement procedures can be done free of charge only once, for the second time you pay 150 CZK. This is unacceptable - after all, the procedure may begin to harm the patient even after 5-6 times. For the money that I pay (160 euros/day), the doctor should change procedures and prescribe medications necessary for treatment (for each prescription - 150 crowns) for free.
