In the hotel and day trip to Prague at least 90% Russian-speaking guests. If you didn't speak or understand Russian, you felt disadvantaged. The tour guide spoke almost exclusively in Russian. And we each paid 1500 euros for a 4 star hotel!!!

We really liked the hotel; The staff in the spa area, reception and restaurant were always very helpful and friendly. We were very satisfied with the Hotel "Nabokov" and will book this hotel again next time. The rooms are modernly furnished and are clean. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. The location of the hotel is perfect: the colonade can be reached in two minutes on foot, great hiking trails in the nearby forest.

Very clean, comfortable bed, good modern plumbing, everything worked without a hitch. The food is varied and of high quality, lots of vegetables and fruits, delicious dairy products. The entire staff is simply super, they try to accommodate everything halfway, everyone is very friendly, from the medical staff to the cleaners, restaurant workers, reception staff, spa staff and all services. Excellent location of the hotel, literally a few steps to the park, springs, trolleybus stop. I would also like to note the efficient work of the Sanatoriums.com staff. They quickly respond to any request and try to help with everything.Negatives
There is only one negative - the hotel is not very suitable for people with walking problems, especially those who use rollators. The hotel consists of seven interconnected buildings. When moving from one building to another, you need to overcome 4 to 10 steps. Some of them even have platforms for wheelchairs, but they don't work.

I liked everything very much, friendly staff, all procedures were carried out according to schedule without delays, good wellness center, pool and saunas, what I liked most was the work of the kitchen, there was always a variety of food and there was always plenty of it, no matter when I arrived, there was always a free table. 1. Very small pool. When there are a lot of people, it is difficult to find a place to sit comfortably. There is little time in the pool for calm water to just swim. Perhaps another (sports) pool is needed. 2. There is no separate seating area where you can just sit in a cozy chair in the evening, for example, with a book or play board games with friends. I'm not even saying that there is no area outside the hotel where you can go out for a while to get some fresh air during short breaks.

Everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the sources and the center. From the hotel there is a path directly into the forest, which leads to a forest spring and it’s nice to walk and sit and relax and breathe in the fresh forest air. The quality of treatment is good. Despite all the good things, there is one drawback. We had 321 rooms, very cozy and comfortable, but there was noise from the street day and night. I don’t know exactly what kind of hoods or ventilation, but it was impossible to sleep with the window open. Most likely this is even from other hotels, but the fact is that it interfered. I would like to take a break from the noise on vacation. But this is a small minus for such a good hotel.

1. Transitions on one floor are too long. 2. Russian speakers love borscht. Never happened. 3. On the evening of September 11, I asked for breakfast in the lobby for tomorrow on the way home, but on the morning of the 12th they apologized at the lobby and said that there were only 4 packages for 8 people leaving and therefore there wasn’t enough for me. I had to buy it at Prague airport at a very high price.
