Wonderful location of the resort. Comfortable spacious room with a wonderful layout. Everything is new, modern. The whole appearance of the sanatorium shows the good taste of the designers. The staff is sensitive and always helpful. There were no problems rescheduling procedures or meals when I went on an excursion. The rooms are cleaned well and somehow not noticeably. When you arrive, the room has already been cleaned. It's nice that there is live music in the lobby every evening. Loved the pool and spa. There were no problems with the location on different floors, since you just had to press a button in the elevator and you immediately find yourself in the spa or pool. Very comfortably. I liked the food. You could always choose what you liked, there was quite a lot of dietary food. In the morning, 3-4 porridges, an omelet with various fillings, piping hot pancakes, and traditional sausages, cold cuts and delicious cheeses. It’s great that on one side there is a forest, and on the other, 150 meters away, there is a pump room. Quiet, calm and very comfortable. The holiday was a success. I'll definitely come again. I hope it doesn't get worse. I already actively recommend the Nabokov Hotel to my colleagues and friends.Negatives

1. The lack of a single flat surface when moving between hotel buildings greatly interferes with the movement of unhealthy people. 2. The floor in the pool and shower is too smooth; with a small amount of water (which is natural in this place), the floor becomes very slippery. In front of me, a young woman slipped and fell heavily on her back, hopefully without consequences. 3. The dishes in the restaurant are tasteless and prepared without effort/skill. 4. Problems with WiFi in the rooms - both we and other guests did not have the opportunity to use WiFi in the room, we had to go out into the corridor, disturbing those passing by. In addition, the reception staff gave false excuses: “they turned to a specialist”, “the specialist came and found nothing.” 5. There is no smooth surface in front of the hotel entrance - for rolling suitcases/strollers from the roadway. 6. The balcony in the room had stiffening ribs on the floor, and there was a very high possibility of tripping and falling. It looked like they should have put a layer of tile on top of the metal covering, but forgot. In addition, the water did not go away after the rains, but puddles remained.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nabokov Grand Hotel. The staff is attentive and friendly. The treatment is excellent, the food is varied.. The location is convenient. The food could have been more varied. Some dishes ran out quickly and were not restocked. Uncomfortable baths - not suitable for orthopedic patients, high (mineral baths) - I couldn’t take them. Baths with additives without grab bars, it’s hard to get out of the bath.

During the year the sanatorium opened, we were there for the second time and again we were very pleased with everything. The treatment and attitude of the staff is beyond praise. The doctor, Mrs. Knedlikova, was attentive during the examination and made appointments after asking detailed questions about all our problems. At the reception, the lady who compiled our schedule of procedures took into account all our requests. All the staff are very friendly and professional. I would especially like to note the conscientious work of the masseuse Mrs. Yana, the friendliness and friendliness of the head nurse Mrs. Eva. Room cleaning is thorough. The restaurant staff always greeted you with a smile, which was nice. I really liked the large swimming pool of the sanatorium with all kinds of hydromassage devices. My husband and I liked the sanatorium! The location of the hotel is excellent - on the one hand, next to drinking springs, on the other hand, a magnificent forest park. The food was a little disappointing. Several times there was tough meat. Side dishes almost every day included boiled potatoes or rice. For two weeks I could no longer look at these potatoes. I only liked the breakfast. Breakfast is very good. Every morning they baked delicious pancakes and omelettes. Two coffee machines with a large selection of delicious coffee for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is a definite plus! If you improve the food, the hotel will simply be the best!

Sanatorium Nabokov is excellently located. On level ground. Near the drinking colonnade and a park area, and on the other side there is a forest and a wonderful walking path. Nearby is the local theater. The resort has comfortable rooms that are cleaned regularly. In general, the cleanliness is perfect. I have no way to compare the quality of treatment. But the attitude is serious. We received a full list of procedures and everything looks up to standard. The resort staff are all nice people. When there is a need we are ready to help. You can speak Russian with everyone, which was very important for us. Nabokov has a nice swimming pool with a jacuzzi and a sauna. Attendance is low. So we felt it was our private one.Negatives
Upon arrival we were given a room without WIFI. It's a small thing, but inconvenient. At our request and apparently thanks to the intervention of Sanatoriums.com, our room was changed to a better one. We learned that our class rooms do not have air conditioning. We stayed in the first half of June and there was no particular need. People go to the sanatorium for treatment, but not only that. In Nabokov there is no organized information about what is happening in the city, there is no offer of excursions or cultural events. There is a pianist who plays every evening and that’s it. One evening we sat at a concert in a bar in Novi Lazne. And at the stand we received a lot of information with leisure offers. In general, we are satisfied. Thanks to the Nabokov sanatorium and SANATORIUMS.COM. But there is room for improvement.

Not the first time in Marianske Lazne. I've been to many hotels. But this is the first time in such a wonderful hotel as Nabokov. Before the trip there were some doubts, because... There were few reviews about the hotel, and, frankly speaking, it was difficult to get any information. Everything turned out great. The treatment is excellent. There are physiotherapy procedures that are not available even in a 5 * hotel, there is a wonderful swimming pool, 4 saunas, a salt cave and many other procedures necessary for the treatment of the musculoskeletal system. The food is excellent. The location of the hotel is magnificent (right in the forest), 3 minutes from the source. The staff is very friendly. I would like to thank all the hotel staff for the perfectly organized treatment and relaxation.

This is not the first time I’ve been relaxing in Marianske Lazne, knowing that the Nabokov Hotel is new, I wanted to try it, I was satisfied, it fully corresponds to the level of a 4-star hotel. The room is comfortable and clean. High-quality bedding, towels and snow-white bathrobes. I liked the heated towel rail with electric heating - very useful when the heating is turned off. A nice restaurant with large stained glass windows, the food is varied and quite sufficient. There are no queues for procedures; it is possible to create a convenient treatment schedule.
