The entire property impresses with its high level of cleanliness. Our treatment appointments (complex treatment with 24 applications) were almost at the same time and usually until lunch, so that there was plenty of free time for longer hikes and short trips into the surrounding area. Only a few employees at the clinic speak German. Questions, explanations, etc. were not possible during the treatments.

For the size of the hotel complex there are not enough loungers in the spa and wellness area. No drinks at lunch other than water from the water dispenser. It would be nice if the drinks machine worked like it does at breakfast

Excellent location. 100 meters from the colonnade. Central location. Nearby there is a huge park for walking with a Forest Spring. Excellent, attentive staff. Fluent in Czech, Russian, German, languages. Clean and tidy.Negatives
In the first days of our vacation, the hotel was overcrowded. There weren’t enough seats in the restaurant. They gave us a table. But no matter how you came. The table was occupied all the time. My mother and I were 70% disabled in movement. We were always seated at another table. Which led to unpleasant situations. People approached who had been assigned this table. And a conflict began. They simply poured a tub of negativity on us. Unfortunately, Russian-speaking comrades are not always shy in their expressions. After 3 days, this problem was solved. But the beginning of the vacation was ruined... In my opinion .It would be better in such a situation when there are a lot of people in the hotel at the same time. It would be better to make a free choice of seating. And not push people together.

We have already visited this hotel 11 times! We are not planning to change yet, we are going again in April. This is the best place for us, wonderful staff! I would especially like to mention the restaurant workers: Lena and Angelica. And of course, massage therapist Natalya, an expert in her field!!! We always say thank you to everyone. I would really like to receive a discount for regular customers.

On the day of arrival we were warmly welcomed, but after 5 minutes the lady at the reception said we should come later because we speak Russian and that it wouldn't suit other guests. 80% of the guests speak Russian, we didn't think that was nice! In the restaurant a waitress shouted at us because we spoke Russian! What a shame!

The food was very good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The friendliness of the employees in the wellness area is particularly noteworthy here.
