This was our second spa holiday this year in the Czech Republic, I also have to praise this hotel, from the accommodation to the service of the staff, the treatments (we had 24 of them) and the restaurant, everything was great! The location is great (central and yet absolutely quiet). It's a 3 minute walk to the center. Also many thanks to the reception who took care of everything very well, the communication was also fine (you can't always expect perfect German to be spoken/understood when we come to the hotel)! We had booked a 66 m2 suite and received a mega 132 m2 suite with its own sauna + whirlpool. Thank you for making the reservation. We can recommend the hotel without any ifs and buts and will visit it again. Thank you again to everyone for this relaxing week

We stayed in the hotel for a week and were very satisfied. Room was very nicely decorated in light tones. The food was very good, everything you could want was there. Staff was also very good! Towels were very soft and snow white. Everything was fantastic. For us it was ok for a week, but 2 weeks would be boring for us. We would recommend the hotel.

The city took the opportunity to post an absolute no-parking policy in front of the main entrance, i.e. where you would expect there to be a right-of-way for unloading and loading luggage. The street at this point is so wide that you could almost call it a square. However, you are allowed to stop on the opposite side but not park. For the latter, parking claws are distributed to foreigners. By the way, parking spaces are a huge problem. When many buildings were built in the 19th century, no one thought about parking. The hotel has many rooms but little parking space in the yard, at least it has some. This is a problem with many hotels. Although the public parking garage is only 350 m away, you have to climb a steep hill to get to the hotel. In addition, it is not particularly suitable for long cars. Anyone who manages to carry their luggage up the mountain doesn't need a cure. Another problem with the hotel (like many others) is that it is located in the spa area. To get to the hotel you have to enter a restricted area for cars. You can get a paid permit for this, but I don't know where or whether you can get it. In any case, the hotel should carry out this formality for its guests if they indicate that they want to come by car or at least help them do so. My Czech is not sufficient to submit applications to a local authority. It would be much easier to add an addition to the closure sign stating that the entrance is free for hotel guests, as seen in "Ellenbogen" (Loket). The city should remember that it thrives on spa guests and make their journey as easy as possible.
