We were at the Grand Notel Nabokov in November 2023. Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the main street with many shops and cafes. It’s also a couple of minutes walk to the paid covered parking and to the springs with mineral water. The hotel is orderly, quiet, calm, procedures are scheduled, without fuss and nervousness. The "comfort" room is spacious, cleaned conscientiously. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, promptly responding to the requests and wishes of vacationers. We were very pleased with the trip. We hope to visit it again in the future.

We had booked a package with a free trip to Prague. I would not recommend this excursion to any holidaymaker who does not speak Russian. It was a total impudence that I, as a guest, was forbidden to speak during the journey. The tour guide on the bus spoke in Russian the entire journey and insulted me personally. We would be on a Russian bus and we can be happy that we were there allowed to drive. All Germans don't book this trip!

From my side, I would like tea and juices to be offered in the restaurant for lunch and dinner. For people with walking difficulties or even in a wheelchair, the stay would be difficult: the 7 houses are connected by a passage, but the houses are on different levels, you have to climb about 3-5 stairs from 2 count up to 8 levels.

The salt grotto is inadequate. The transfer at 8 a.m. is too early. The conditioner dripped on the seat and on us - it seemed like we had a cold!
