The food in the restaurant was limited, there was not enough food for all the guests, and it was not delivered; we had to be content with the remnants of the buffet. The water in the pool is more than refreshing. The location of the saunas and swimming pool is perplexing; there are saunas and relaxation areas on one floor, and a swimming pool below. The pool also has a sauna, which does not have a hose for washing the seats. How is that? The schedule of procedures is scattered, all you do is plan your procedures and leisure time. The staff during the procedures are tense and not very friendly. The reception staff is also not very welcoming. The bar has a very small selection of drinks and also very little space. It's cold in the lobby, and in general the hotel and restaurant were very cool.

We experienced difficulties with allocation of the treatments and medical procedures. Firstly, we were not given the required procedures and had very loose schedule during the weekend. As the result of this we were not able to take all the procedures since some were scheduled on the day of our departure which was not really possible for us.

We were at the Grand Notel Nabokov in November 2023. Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the main street with many shops and cafes. It’s also a couple of minutes walk to the paid covered parking and to the springs with mineral water. The hotel is orderly, quiet, calm, procedures are scheduled, without fuss and nervousness. The "comfort" room is spacious, cleaned conscientiously. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, promptly responding to the requests and wishes of vacationers. We were very pleased with the trip. We hope to visit it again in the future.
