Příjem klienta probíhal standartně – 20 minut – tj. anamnéza všech onemocnění a zdravotních obtíží klienta, fyzikální vyšetření a předpis procedur, který vždy vedu jako dialog s klientem. Reakce klientů na terapeuty je vždy velmi individuální. Pokud tedy např. masér klientovi nevyhovuje z různých důvodů, tak se snažíme ihned nabídnout terapeuta – maséra jiného. Přijímám pouze výtku ohledně výsledků laboratorních výsledků, které jsem opravdu zapomněla klientce vydat. Ale paní N.D. byla ve středu 30.10.u mne na výstupním vyšetření a i ona se mohla na výsledky zeptat. Nejspíše si nevzpomněla i ona. Navíc při vstupním vyšetření všechny klienty upozorňuji na možnost si pro výsledky zajít i mimo objednaný termín kontrolního nebo výstupního vyšetření. Pokud nám bude zaslána její emailová adresa, velmi ráda jí výsledky zašlu i s vysvětlením.
