I booked a sanatorium six months in advance, asked for an upgrade to a room category, since after payment the price for the room was significantly reduced, but received a negative response. As a result, we got a very bad room with a view of garbage containers and a courtyard-well, besides, to enter the room you had to climb 3 steps, and my husband was on crutches. This is the first time I have come across such accommodation, especially in the Grandhotel and for that kind of money . On the very first day I had to contact the reception and ask to change the room, which was done, but the mood was ruined.

Excellent clean hotel in a very convenient location, close to the center and main attractions of Marianske Lazne, close to beautiful pedestrian areas and parks. Large selection of delicious food (we ordered half board) every day. Friendly and smiling staff, ready to help you at any time. Excellent balneological clinic and equipment with experienced medical staff. We are very pleased and it is highly recommended.Negatives
The Sauna and Swimming Pool complex are located on different floors. We made a mistake with the number of paid procedures, but after a second request the error was corrected.

I would recommend to improve the food choices in the restaurant and to add more items from the dietary cookery (i.e. baked chicken, turkey, veggies, etc.). Also, not sure why tea/coffee have been removed from the buffet menu and added as a paid service during the dinner.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay. The entire staff was always very friendly and accommodating. Numerous treatments were professionally prescribed and we enjoyed them, especially the massage from Alexander. Our suit was large, clean, functional and had a nice balcony. The food was good. Overall, our stay was very good for us.

Were at the hotel for the first time. I liked everything very much. Instead of one room, they settled us in better conditions, in two. Everything is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, everyone is great. The food is varied and tasty, there was even ice cream. The colonnade is very close. The procedures are good. Respect to the sanatorium. All issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Thanks for the transfer. Picked up on time and delivered quickly.

I stayed at their hotel with my husband. The location near the spa park is great. The ambience of the hotel is very nice. The front desk staff was okay. The staff in the restaurant were good overall, unfortunately not all of them. In the evening we wanted to order something to drink, unfortunately the waitress were always in another room or somewhere, so when we finished eating and no one came to us, we just left. The food was good and plentiful. The room was nice, unfortunately we booked a superior double room, unfortunately our room was about 25 m² in size. The only thing that can really be expanded are the applications. We had a total of 26 treatments, what I got were: 2 inhalations, 8 paraffin treatments and 5 dry gas baths, the cheapest and easiest treatments, although there are good offers. What I liked and liked was just the mineral water bath and the massage. Some wellness music during the treatments would be nice, so you can relax better. We would have liked a little more “wellness feeling”. The stay itself was very nice, and the hotel is also very new and modern. I would still like to vacation in the hotel again. And also recommend it to others.Negatives
As already written, the applications could be a little better. Although I explained my health problems to the doctor, I received almost no real treatment for it.

The hotel is large, and when there is a large influx of people, they cannot cope, there are long lines at the reception, and in the restaurant, there is nothing missing, if it was possible, I would only take breakfast, lunch and dinner... very bad. I don’t recommend Parking....😤😤😤 hotel story, they charge money for parking (7€) but there is no space (that’s your problem) well, if the car is good... advice... it’s better not to take parking, we scratched the car, narrow parking 🥹🥹🥹. As for the doctor... he listens, beeps and that's it, he doesn't even measure blood pressure, he doesn't touch clients... it's very strange for me, don't take the Salty room, it's artificial - it's a pity

I would like to note the unprofessionalism and unfriendliness of some of the nurses who perform procedures, especially the girl Olona. We ask the hotel administration to work with such employees, it really spoils the impression of a good hotel, there is no desire to return there.
