The hotel is located in a quiet location, next to the tourist center, where many tourists go for walks, which is very convenient. In general, I can only recommend visiting this hotel.

In your report about the hotel, the chef says that drinks are provided in the morning and evening - this is not true. In the evening, as at lunch, you can only buy water at the restaurant, and pay for the rest. Regarding the use of bonuses (I have 650 CZK left): at first they said that they can be used for a resort fee. And only half a day before departure, when the suitcase was already packed, it turned out that this cannot be done and you have to pay. So they remained unused. It is also very strange that replacement procedures can be done free of charge only once, for the second time you pay 150 CZK. This is unacceptable - after all, the procedure may begin to harm the patient even after 5-6 times. For the money that I pay (160 euros/day), the doctor should change procedures and prescribe medications necessary for treatment (for each prescription - 150 crowns) for free.
