Quiet hotel on the outskirts of town, but centrally and well located to the healing spring and the Wandelhalle. Good information on all treatments, well organized, doctors always easy to reach, modern SPA area, attentive and trained staff for the treatments, all around good relaxation. Good and substantial breakfast, attractive lunch menu and dinner, good quality food and raw food, attractively prepared, always enough available. Poorly ventilated lobby, stuffy and warm even on a cold day (August). The pool turned out to be not 14*10 (on the sanatoriums website) but 12*8 minus underwater benches at the sides. You can splash around, but there is nowhere to swim. Too small for 7 buildings. Several times they returned with nothing. I started working at 10:00, that is, I couldn’t get there before breakfast.

We visited this hotel for the first time in July. We liked everything. The hotel itself is large, clean, modern. The rooms were cleaned every day. We had full board, the food was varied, everything was delicious. There were a couple of pensioners who were not very happy with the food, but I attribute this to problems of age rather than to food. The hotel staff and medical staff were very friendly, everyone speaks or understands Russian . The pool is medium in size, I wanted a little bigger for swimming, but this is not so critical, there was enough space for everyone. I liked the sauna. A wide variety of medical procedures, we were a year ago in a large hotel in Karlovy Vary and there the variety of procedures was less. The hotel is located in a quiet location, next to the tourist center, where many tourists go for walks, which is very convenient. In general, I can only recommend visiting this hotel.Negatives
In the sauna, according to the rules, everyone must be without underwear, wrapped in a towel. But people either don't read it or ignore it. Some wear swimwear, some don't. In Germany, everyone goes to saunas without anything and for me this is not a problem, but apparently for people from other countries this is very unusual. Therefore, I did not feel comfortable there due to the lack of order with my clothes. Everyone should be dressed or not, and not mixed together.

Upon arrival, my e-mail with a request for food and accommodation, which sanatoriums.com offered to do, was not received. The hotel workers laid all the blame on your website - this needs to be sorted out. In your report about the hotel, the chef says that drinks are provided in the morning and evening - this is not true. In the evening, as at lunch, you can only buy water at the restaurant, and pay for the rest. Regarding the use of bonuses (I have 650 CZK left): at first they said that they can be used for a resort fee. And only half a day before departure, when the suitcase was already packed, it turned out that this cannot be done and you have to pay. So they remained unused. It is also very strange that replacement procedures can be done free of charge only once, for the second time you pay 150 CZK. This is unacceptable - after all, the procedure may begin to harm the patient even after 5-6 times. For the money that I pay (160 euros/day), the doctor should change procedures and prescribe medications necessary for treatment (for each prescription - 150 crowns) for free.

Once again we rested in the Nabokov sanatorium. We celebrated a birthday and Easter. It was April. And as always, everything was great: from the cleanliness of the room to the work of the managers. We got a room with a door to the next room, but upon request they immediately changed the room for us. So discuss this placement option right away. We have already been 12 times and were a little disappointed in the procedures prescribed by the doctor. We asked for a massage, but received paraffin on our hands. Well, okay, it wasn't necessary this time. But next time we will immediately check the appointments. Thank you very much to the chef for the delicious birthday cake. For welcoming our guests and providing us with a large table!!! Thank you everyone, we will definitely come.

I booked a sanatorium six months in advance, asked for an upgrade to a room category, since after payment the price for the room was significantly reduced, but received a negative response. As a result, we got a very bad room with a view of garbage containers and a courtyard-well, besides, to enter the room you had to climb 3 steps, and my husband was on crutches. This is the first time I have come across such accommodation, especially in the Grandhotel and for that kind of money . On the very first day I had to contact the reception and ask to change the room, which was done, but the mood was ruined.

Large selection of delicious food (we ordered half board) every day. Friendly and smiling staff, ready to help you at any time. The Sauna and Swimming Pool complex are located on different floors. We made a mistake with the number of paid procedures, but after a second request the error was corrected.

I would recommend to improve the food choices in the restaurant and to add more items from the dietary cookery (i.e. baked chicken, turkey, veggies, etc.). Also, not sure why tea/coffee have been removed from the buffet menu and added as a paid service during the dinner.
