The mineral baths are also baths with huge scale around them, they asked us to wash them, again because this is such a strong source. I had to leave. The next time and subsequent times the bath was always clean, so scale had nothing to do with it. Again, alas. The mood was already lower than necessary, it became unpleasant to be there, since every time we have to explain something, and in return they explain to us. that this is not so, then they correct it. They don't know how to give gas injections. Bruises remain, again they explain that everything depends on the body. But that's not true. We have previously received this procedure in other sanatoriums, and there were never any bruises. So the price and quality do not correspond to what was stated, the video and advertising also do not correspond. There is no need to talk about leisure at all; there are no evening events. On Christmas Day, the extra-charge festive dinner featured festive napkins and music in the restaurant during dinner. Nobody understood the idea of the holiday. A carbon dioxide dry bath is also a procedure - like a semi-procedure - only a bag is put on up to the waist, while this procedure should be applied to the entire body (again, from the experience of other sanatoriums). Treatment is everything. The tests are not taken on the first day and are obtained days later; the meaning of the tests is not clear. An extract from the sanatorium is not issued upon request, so read there. Unfortunately, we were very positive about coming here. And they maintained their spirits, but did not receive treatment. Příjem klienta probíhal standartně – 20 minut – tj. anamnéza všech onemocnění a zdravotních obtíží klienta, fyzikální vyšetření a předpis procedur, který vždy vedu jako dialog s klientem. Reakce klientů na terapeuty je vždy velmi individuální. Pokud tedy např. masér klientovi nevyhovuje z různých důvodů, tak se snažíme ihned nabídnout terapeuta – maséra jiného. Přijímám pouze výtku ohledně výsledků laboratorních výsledků, které jsem opravdu zapomněla klientce vydat. Ale paní N.D. byla ve středu 30.10.u mne na výstupním vyšetření a i ona se mohla na výsledky zeptat. Nejspíše si nevzpomněla i ona. Navíc při vstupním vyšetření všechny klienty upozorňuji na možnost si pro výsledky zajít i mimo objednaný termín kontrolního nebo výstupního vyšetření. Pokud nám bude zaslána její emailová adresa, velmi ráda jí výsledky zašlu i s vysvětlením.
