We are in Nabokov for the second time!!!! This time we booked through Sanatorium.com, it was uncomplicated, safe and relatively cheap compared to booking directly through the hotel (very nice telephone contact!!!) Very good location, everything within walking distance. Hotel's own spring, variety of spa treatments, spa sauna red light sauna swimming pool whirlpool. Cleanliness was top 👍, you don't come across such a clean bathtub in a hotel very often (many thanks to the nice and lovely room staff 🤗🙋🏻♀️) Restaurant clean and top. Staff nice, friendly and always in a good mood. The food....large selection of dishes and everything very tasty, pancakes every morning for breakfast!!!! Next year we will be back in Nabokov 👍🙋🏻♀️ As far as parking is concerned, nothing negative, just advice!!!! ... you can always find a place up the street around 11 a.m. for 80 kr a day (4 euros)..always have a little money with you 👍Answer from Grandhotel Nabokov

No waiting time for treatments. Everything goes smoothly and friendly. The staff makes an effort to communicate in different languages that everyone understands. Good opening times in the restaurant! We also heard very negative reviews on the way home from other passengers about the restaurant. Otherwise, everything is good!Negatives
The only negative thing was the drive home...too long...from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The speed was slow at times because of an accident, but driving on the main road??? Far too long... For the first time I vacationed in Marianske Lazne, everything was great, I really liked it! The only thing that marred the holiday was the inconsistent work of the Sanatorium company with the work of the Nabokov Hotel! The order was made three months before arrival, confirmation of arrival two weeks before arrival! But upon arrival it turned out that the room was not reserved! The location of the hotel is very central. In just a few minutes you can reach the colonade and the park. The food was varied and very tasty, thanks to all the employees who made it possible and work very hard day after day. The staff is helpful and competent, all questions are answered.Negatives

This was our second spa holiday this year in the Czech Republic, I also have to praise this hotel, from the accommodation to the service of the staff, the treatments (we had 24 of them) and the restaurant, everything was great! The location is great (central and yet absolutely quiet). It's a 3 minute walk to the center. Also many thanks to the reception who took care of everything very well, the communication was also fine (you can't always expect perfect German to be spoken/understood when we come to the hotel)! We had booked a 66 m2 suite and received a mega 132 m2 suite with its own sauna + whirlpool. Thank you for making the reservation. We can recommend the hotel without any ifs and buts and will visit it again. Thank you again to everyone for this relaxing weekNegatives
