What was especially striking (after several of the best hotels in Karlovy Vary) was the excellent quality of coffee and cocoa, coffee machines are not turned off after breakfast, and for lunch and dinner, coffee lovers can enjoy drinks from selected beans. For lunch and dinner there was always fish, pork, beef, and chicken. The medical base is good. Excellent SPA (several types of saunas, swimming pool) I would especially like to note the location of the hotel: 1 minute from the springs and 1 minute from the forest.Positives

Upon arrival, I forgot my phone in the car. This happened at 12 at night, I wrote an email from my tablet, and they responded right away. Always in touch. This was not my first time at the resort, so I have something to compare with. Convenient location of the hotel, very close to the Colonnade with springs, a park area and the city center. Beautifully decorated rooms with new furniture. The treatment is quite good, quite a lot of procedures are included in the price of the tour. If desired, it is possible to add more procedures. I was treated in Marianske Lazne for the first time. 10 days flew by quickly, brightly and intensely. The doctors are qualified, the doctors are friendly and fast. They tried to put us in a regular Superior room instead of a Junior Suite, but in all respects it was smaller and not as good. At the same time, the price was the same as for the Suite..... We tried to prove that we ordered what is in the picture and want to live in what is in the picture. They succeeded...But they did it very reluctantly...They spent HALF A DAY on the first day! At the same time, the sanatoriums themselves were in no hurry to help us! Treatment - get over it. The nurse yelled at us just because we asked to include mineral baths in the schedule. We were prescribed only paraffins. But for the rest they said we don’t have time and literally “this is not our problem.” The staff is rude and untrained. The food is very poor. That is, there is no chef. The same thing every day. Potatoes and beef. The potatoes are good, but excuse me, we came here for a little more than potatoes... We are not the only ones unhappy with this hotel. There are grandmothers who are also disappointed with him, they wanted to try something new, but the old one turned out to be better. The only thing is, if these grandmothers could leave a review on the Internet and stand up for themselves, then believe me, there would be a million negative reviews. They demanded that we pay the entire amount for our stay, and as you know, they have no right to demand this. Last year we vacationed at the Falkensteiner Hotel and when we told a friend of the manager at that hotel this, they were surprised by this fact, since the guest has the right to pay on the eve of departure. I had to respond harshly to stop the extortion. Very untrained staff. They don’t even know what it means to smile. That is why there are no Germans here, only Russians and everyone is sad because they realized where they ended up. On a 5-point scale: Food - 1 Treatment - 1 Doctor - 1 Staff -1 Room - 4 Balneo complex and spa - 2. They are absolutely not ready to accept people. Everything is rude, tough, clumsy, don’t get off it. And there is not even basic respect and tact. There is simply no background music during the procedures; everyone noted this, how uncomfortable it is during the procedures here. Massage - everyone here is unhappy with it, it is performed by a certain Milan (he looks like Mephistopheles), a person working with energies and the body should still be pleasant at a minimum. Otherwise he’ll stroke it with his unpleasant hands, mumble something and that’s it. This hotel is not worthy of the Grand prefix. In terms of level it is 2 stars. The cooking is done in the kitchen by emigrants from Ukraine, no haute cuisine. Ordinary Soviet canteen food. Can't compare with Falkensteiner and other hotels. If you continue to recommend Nabokov in your system, you will lose confidence in the sanatoriums. Deception, tactlessness and hack work flourish here. Finally, we agreed with the management of the Falkensteiner Hotel that we would move back to them, but at the very last moment of leaving Nabokov, the apogee of the insolvency of the management of the Nabokov Hotel, namely Eva, occurred. They once again asked us to pay the full price for 14 nights as if we had not previously said that we would only pay for the actual stay of 5 nights. They said that according to the hotel's conditions we had to pay the entire amount upon arrival. But everyone in the world knows that the guest pays when he wants, either in advance, and the final payment upon departure. Even Falkensteiner confirmed to us that they do not have the right to demand the entire amount from us at once. Next, what they did was demand cards from the room, and they themselves gave us other cards from the room, they said this was a replacement, since there was some kind of recoding. And then they insisted for a long time and stubbornly on their payment figure for the nights that we did not stay at the hotel!!! After which they barely came to the consensus to pay the amount for 5 nights and -8 procedures that they did not receive. They did not want to deduct the procedures that we did not receive... At the end of the remaining night at Nabokov, the receptionist takes back the cards from the room and says take back your cards, I gave you non-working ones. It was a shock! Can you imagine what a shame??!!? That is, they changed our cards to blackmail us so that we would not enter the room to get our things. This is as low as they did. We are changing the hotel because of their insolvency, they caused us inconvenience, and they still acted at such a low level and not a single word of apology.... A disgusting start for a new hotel! Клиенты Пани Маргарита Делакруа пан Окунев Станислав после приезда получили номер по указаным желаниям: номер юниор сьют с видом на парк и балконом Клиентам казался номер маленьким, 40 квадратных метров плюс балкон. Мы обяснили, что в рамках этой категории есть номер с балконом, который меньше: 40 квадратных метров, чем номер без балкона, который имеет 55 квадратных метровю Клиенты спашивали номер, которого предложили фотографию. Этот номер был свободен и мы его сразу предоставили, но так как не исполнял желания балкона и ванны, мы показывали клиентам по их желанию и другие номера (это продолжало свое время). Предложили и высшую категорию сьют, большой номер с балконом и ванной за доплату с 20% скидкой, от чего клиенты отказались и на конец решили взять этот номер из фотографии, наперекор тому, что здесь нет балкона ни ванны. Должно сказать, что Санаториумс очень стремился помочь клиентам с самого начала, так как звонили нам 4 раза, 3 раза связались через воцап, и 2 раза мы переписывались, чтобы клиенты были максимально довольны. В отеле мы предложили, как будут освобождаться номера, что их будем показывать. Клиенты у нас были во время Пасхи, когда был отель почти полностью занят. Мне жалко, что клиенты чувствовали это все от нас как „не охотно“ так как не только я, но и пан хозяин нашего отеля лично проконтролировал с моими сотрудниками, если мы сделали все. Сделали. По поводу лечения - Лечебная программа п Маргариты Делакруа Вступительный осмотр у врача Лабораторное исследование 7 раза минеральная ванна 7 раза ванна с магнием 7 раза шотландский душ 5 раз сухая углекислая ванна 4 раза грязевое обертывание спины 6 раз газовые уколы 1 раз парафин на руки 3 раза аппаратный лимфодренаж 8 раз ингаляция Может быть, что первый день не успели по поводу занятости отеля предоставить именно минеральные ванны, но количество процедур по рассписании у нас было гарантированно. По поводу персонала наш отель регистрирован как не государственное медицинское учреждение, и чтобы получить эту регистрацию, субъект должет доложить количество мед персонала с ответсвующим образованием, без того бы наш отель регистрацию не получил. По поводу питания Питание один ис самых сложных задач отеля, так как сколько людей, только разных желаний и условностей. Надеюсь, что чувствуете описание нашего питания - как привела пани Маргарита Делакруа - что это большое преувеличение. Наш буфет предлагает 2 разных супа, булочные изделия, разные свежие фрукты и салаты из фруктов и овощей, чистые и соусы, разные закуски. Главные блюда предлагают возможности для тех, которые люблят чешскую кухню и для тех, которые соблюдают здоровый образ жизни. Всегда есть рыба, очень часто лосось, качественная говядина, белое мясо как курица по разному, предлагаются блюда для вегетарианцев, разные виды гарниров и овощей, фасуль, чечевица, нут, соя, каши, гречка и др… и сладкие домашние дессерты. И бесалкогольные напитки: вода, чай, соки и кофе предлагаются в цене питания. По поводу наших клиентов статистика нам показывает, что самая большая часть наших клиентов из Германии. Отзывы на наши услуги возможно прочитать у наших партнеров, например на боокинге у нас сегодня рейтинг 9. Наш отель работает один год, и сегодня у нас уже есть клиентов, которые посетили НАБОКОВ 4 раза. Что касается оплаты По нашим общим условиям (и как стояло в подтверждении пребывания клиентов) оплачивают все клиенты во время приезда, если не заранее. Так как пани Маргарита Делакруа пан Окунев Станислав в день приезда не оплатили, мы предложили к оплате 5 ночей со всеми услугами, которые у нас применили без любого штрафа. Я лично говорила с паном Окуневом, (подтвердила, что наши клиенты оплачивают во время приезда полностью) и сказала ему, что им должно оплатить этих 5 ночей пребывания полностью, и что не возможно вычитать процедуры, так как в цене путевки тоже клиенты не платили процедуры индивидуально, но получили пакетную цену, и что мы свяжемся с бюром и клиенты получат деньги после нашего договора. Наперекор тому клиенты оплатили cтолько, cколько хотели. Мне приходят на мысль слова обман – бестактность: но сможет быть, что это было только умышленное искажение реальности. И еще забыла про карты: это был единственный технический недостаток, за который мы извинились. Желаем клиентам пани Маргарите Делакруа и пану Окуневу Станиславу, чтобы были здоровы, и чтобы в Марианских Лазнях всегда хорошо отдохли, чтобы успели увидеть и положительные страницы всей жизни. Таких и у нас есть, только их не видели.
