I stayed at the hotel from 31.08 - 14.09. New hotel, with good furniture, tasteful design. Cleanliness everywhere. The room is cleaned well, I would like to mention the maid Irene, smiling, friendly, polite, towels are changed upon request, bed linen was changed 3 times during the stay, the linen was clean, the mattresses were comfortable, several pillows, many Russian channels. All the service staff perform their duties with dignity, there are no complaints, I especially want to mention the masseuse Natalia, a professional and a good person. The location of the hotel is close to the springs. Nice pool with steam room and sauna.Negatives
Unfortunately, there was some negativity. The doctor's examination was superficial; procedures were prescribed that had nothing to do with my health condition. Of the 46 procedures, there were only 2 mineral baths. The restaurant menu is varied, without any frills; I can note that all drinks, including coffee, were free both in the morning and in the evening. The most unpleasant moment was when at dinner, I had a nectarine and an apple on the table, the waitress came up to me and said that I couldn’t take the fruit with me, I had to eat it at the table, since the camera was filming everything. This remark simply shocked me. I have already come to the Czech Republic 11 times, but I have never heard such tactlessness. If the restaurant suffers significant losses from the fact that guests take an apple and eat it for an afternoon snack, write an advertisement that the fruit can be eaten without leaving the restaurant. This incident really spoiled my mood, it’s a pity that out of confusion I didn’t ask the name of this waitress. And I still can’t understand why the minibar is filled with alcohol and carbonated drinks? It turns out that there is some kind of incompatibility with the treatment of the gastrointestinal tract. It might be better to fill the refrigerator with fruits (for an additional fee), since there is nowhere to buy them near the hotel, and traveling by transport, and then walking to the store, is within the power of the young and healthy, there are few of them here!!!

Having ordered and paid for a junior suite room in the Imperial building on the day of booking (it was indicated in the picture), I received the corresponding room in the Poeta building. It was correspondingly smaller, the sofa was at the foot of the bed. The kitchen leaves much to be desired. And when choosing 2 or 3 meals a day on the spot, it turns out that you cannot refuse breakfast, but not everyone is ready to eat at 7-8 in the morning!!!

When booking a hotel on the Sanatorium website, I did not ask that the room windows overlook the forest park. And I was pleasantly surprised that the view from the windows was beautiful, i.e. - if possible, then everything is done as best as possible for the vacationer. For which I want to especially thank you. I would also like to note the location of the hotel - very close to the colonnade. Treatment procedures were carried out with high quality. And, most importantly, honey. sisters always smile at you. Special thanks to the masseuses, it so happened that I had two of them - Natasha and Zenka. . Both worked perfectly and I feel positive results from the massage. Wonderful pool and jacuzzi. I also liked the work of the restaurant - a large selection of dishes, the food was varied and quite tasty. Used plates were immediately removed from the table. The restaurant staff is very friendly. Well, the coffee is delicious and there are several types - choose to suit your taste! Next time I will choose the Nabokov Hotel again.Negatives

We have been to Marianske Lazne many times and in different hotels, but the Nabokov Hotel can be put in 1st place in terms of price-quality ratio: spacious rooms, comfortable beds, new plumbing, room cleaning for 5+, restaurant with panoramic views, breakfast is beyond praise, good lunch and dinner - salads without vinegar, which was usually the case in other hotels, the main dishes are almost dietary, those stewed or baked. I would especially like to note the cordiality of all the staff: in the restaurant, during procedures, maids, reception. Everyone is friendly and tries to please. Very attentive doctor, listens to wishes when prescribing procedures. Good massages, we had Vera and really enjoyed it. In other sanatoriums there were no massages. Vacationers here spoke very well of the massage therapists. In general, I had only pleasant impressions from my vacation. Thanks to the management and staff of the hotel for a wonderful stay! Well, once again I would like to express my gratitude to the Sanatorium - excellent service in everything: booking, transfer, attention during your stay in Lazne. This is more likely not a negative, but a wish to improve the service in the hotel: Wi-Fi in the hotel should be improved, it would be nice if there were water coolers on the floors in the medical building. Now they are only in the pool, sauna areas and gym. Well, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to divide the room for gas bags (the women’s part) into cubicles with partitions, especially since it allows you to do this.

Wonderful location of the resort. Comfortable spacious room with a wonderful layout. Everything is new, modern. The whole appearance of the sanatorium shows the good taste of the designers. The staff is sensitive and always helpful. There were no problems rescheduling procedures or meals when I went on an excursion. The rooms are cleaned well and somehow not noticeably. When you arrive, the room has already been cleaned. It's nice that there is live music in the lobby every evening. Loved the pool and spa. There were no problems with the location on different floors, since you just had to press a button in the elevator and you immediately find yourself in the spa or pool. Very comfortably. I liked the food. You could always choose what you liked, there was quite a lot of dietary food. In the morning, 3-4 porridges, an omelet with various fillings, piping hot pancakes, and traditional sausages, cold cuts and delicious cheeses. It’s great that on one side there is a forest, and on the other, 150 meters away, there is a pump room. Quiet, calm and very comfortable. The holiday was a success. I'll definitely come again. I hope it doesn't get worse. I already actively recommend the Nabokov Hotel to my colleagues and friends.Negatives

1. The lack of a single flat surface when moving between hotel buildings greatly interferes with the movement of unhealthy people. 2. The floor in the pool and shower is too smooth; with a small amount of water (which is natural in this place), the floor becomes very slippery. In front of me, a young woman slipped and fell heavily on her back, hopefully without consequences. 3. The dishes in the restaurant are tasteless and prepared without effort/skill. 4. Problems with WiFi in the rooms - both we and other guests did not have the opportunity to use WiFi in the room, we had to go out into the corridor, disturbing those passing by. In addition, the reception staff gave false excuses: “they turned to a specialist”, “the specialist came and found nothing.” 5. There is no smooth surface in front of the hotel entrance - for rolling suitcases/strollers from the roadway. 6. The balcony in the room had stiffening ribs on the floor, and there was a very high possibility of tripping and falling. It looked like they should have put a layer of tile on top of the metal covering, but forgot. In addition, the water did not go away after the rains, but puddles remained.
