The location of the sanatorium is simply magnificent, 2 minutes from the colonnade. Nearby is a forest and a beech alley 2 minutes. A beautiful new hotel, we lived in Bristol, warm, cozy, clean. The treatment was excellent, we got everything we wanted, baths with water from a forest spring, a pump room in the very there are sanatoriums. The staff is pleasant, responsive. Everything is calm, without delays and on time. Well, the restaurant and the chef are a separate story worthy of praise. The food is varied, the fruits and vegetables are all fresh. Everything was very tasty. The waitresses are lovely, smiling, perfectly clean. Music in the evenings. Very beautiful resort. Thanks to sanatoriums and Grandhotel Nabokov for organizing a great vacation! I liked everything: we were greeted and accommodated, there was an excellent room (Bristol, 3rd floor), daily cleaning, high-quality food (Thanks to the cooks! It was a lot/tasty/varied. Also a big thank you to the waitresses! The girls tried very hard.), a large selection of treatments medical department. Everyone was friendly and tried to help with any questions that arose (I really liked the nurses Tatyana and Ellochka). Special thanks to Oksana (reception) for her explanations and help in organizing our holiday! There is no negativity. I have a couple of wishes - after a bath I really want to lie down for 15 minutes, but this is possible only after a mineral bath, and not after a hydroxer or a bath with additives. So I have to sit in the hallway near the baths to get back to normal. Another wish is to have a self-service laundry. Many people come from afar (on our trip there were 5 people from the USA and 4 from Canada) and they don’t want to do laundry in the washbasin or carry 2 suitcases of clothes with them.Answer from Grandhotel Nabokov
