Having arrived home and familiarized ourselves with the final bill in detail, we discovered that we had been charged an extra 1160.00 CZK (46 euros) for 8 gas injections, when in fact we had only purchased 4 additional injections. Perhaps this was the negligence of the young man who was sitting on the ground floor of the SPA Reception that day (10.02). But, as they say, this doesn’t make things any easier for us. In the comments above, we encountered almost the same situation, where a man was charged an extra 67 euros... After this, we can only hope that this kind of “mistake” will not spoil the reputation of the entire hotel as a whole.
