My husband and I liked the sanatorium! The location of the hotel is excellent - on the one hand, next to drinking springs, on the other hand, a magnificent forest park. The staff is polite and easy to talk to. All organizational issues and requests were resolved without problems. The treatment was organized, all procedures were carried out conscientiously and efficiently on time! There were quite enough procedures (4-5 per day) Thank you very much to all the medical staff and all the employees! The rooms are clean! Cleaning is daily and high quality. The food was a little disappointing. Several times there was tough meat. Side dishes almost every day included boiled potatoes or rice. For two weeks I could no longer look at these potatoes. I only liked the breakfast. Breakfast is very good. Every morning they baked delicious pancakes and omelettes. Two coffee machines with a large selection of delicious coffee for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is a definite plus! If you improve the food, the hotel will simply be the best!

A good hotel in a convenient location: near a colonnade with mineral water and a forest with walking routes. The city is small, calm, lots of flowers and greenery. Clean, beautiful. There is city transport for people with problems. Lots of excursion offers. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The food is good. It is pleasant to be in a restaurant with large panoramic windows. Thanks to the hotel staff for their help and attention.

Sanatorium Nabokov is excellently located. On level ground. Near the drinking colonnade and a park area, and on the other side there is a forest and a wonderful walking path. Nearby is the local theater. The resort has comfortable rooms that are cleaned regularly. In general, the cleanliness is perfect. I have no way to compare the quality of treatment. But the attitude is serious. We received a full list of procedures and everything looks up to standard. The resort staff are all nice people. When there is a need we are ready to help. You can speak Russian with everyone, which was very important for us. Nabokov has a nice swimming pool with a jacuzzi and a sauna. Attendance is low. So we felt it was our private one.Negatives
Upon arrival we were given a room without WIFI. It's a small thing, but inconvenient. At our request and apparently thanks to the intervention of Sanatoriums.com, our room was changed to a better one. We learned that our class rooms do not have air conditioning. We stayed in the first half of June and there was no particular need. People go to the sanatorium for treatment, but not only that. In Nabokov there is no organized information about what is happening in the city, there is no offer of excursions or cultural events. There is a pianist who plays every evening and that’s it. One evening we sat at a concert in a bar in Novi Lazne. And at the stand we received a lot of information with leisure offers. In general, we are satisfied. Thanks to the Nabokov sanatorium and SANATORIUMS.COM. But there is room for improvement.

Not the first time in Marianske Lazne. I've been to many hotels. But this is the first time in such a wonderful hotel as Nabokov. Before the trip there were some doubts, because... There were few reviews about the hotel, and, frankly speaking, it was difficult to get any information. Everything turned out great. The treatment is excellent. There are physiotherapy procedures that are not available even in a 5 * hotel, there is a wonderful swimming pool, 4 saunas, a salt cave and many other procedures necessary for the treatment of the musculoskeletal system. The food is excellent. The location of the hotel is magnificent (right in the forest), 3 minutes from the source. The staff is very friendly. I would like to thank all the hotel staff for the perfectly organized treatment and relaxation.

This is not the first time I’ve been relaxing in Marianske Lazne, knowing that the Nabokov Hotel is new, I wanted to try it, I was satisfied, it fully corresponds to the level of a 4-star hotel. The room is comfortable and clean. High-quality bedding, towels and snow-white bathrobes. I liked the heated towel rail with electric heating - very useful when the heating is turned off. A nice restaurant with large stained glass windows, the food is varied and quite sufficient. There are no queues for procedures; it is possible to create a convenient treatment schedule. This was my second time at the hotel. . Just like last fall, I really liked it: a wonderful room, friendly and diligent staff, an attentive doctor, Mrs. Vitezslava Knedlikova, food at a high level: the variety of dishes allows you to choose the necessary dietary items for yourself, or “go crazy” by breaking your diet a little with delicacies. Swimming pool, saunas, salt cave - everything is a pleasure. In the evenings it is pleasant to sit in the bar and listen to the pianist play. Compared to the fall, a separate cozy oxygen therapy room appeared, and the dry carbon dioxide bath room has changed for the better. The hotel is only a year old, and it is going through its formation period quite well. Success and prosperity to the Nabokov Hotel! Overall, we were very pleased. The hotel is new. Everything is clean, comfortable, thoughtful. The restaurant is simply wonderful. Delicious, everything is fresh, coffee machine with coffee beans, tea, juices not only for breakfast. The spa area is simply gorgeous. Experienced and attentive doctors. Comfortable rooms. Overall a very pleasant, new hotel. Nice, spacious rooms. Beautiful hall, nice live music in the evenings. Good restaurant, normal, nutritious food. In the evening you can drink tea and other drinks for free, which is almost never found in other hotels. I was surprised by the collective holiday of the “gas bag” procedure; this was the first time I encountered this in ML. The staff is attentive and polite, but there is a visible difference in the training of Czech staff (they always say hello, smile friendly) and people from our homeland (they may not say hello, they are gloomy, preoccupied). The food is good and varied, but the quality of the prepared dishes apparently depends on the working chef, and sometimes it’s not at all tasty. I would like the staff to be more attentive during procedures, for example, to help older people when getting out of the bath, and the sheet that is served should be warm. Wonderful hotel! The rooms are spacious, modern furniture, plumbing. Excellent quality bed linen and towels. There was food for every taste, there was dietary food, and, for example, dishes of Czech cuisine: knee, duck. What was especially striking (after several of the best hotels in Karlovy Vary) was the excellent quality of coffee and cocoa, coffee machines are not turned off after breakfast, and for lunch and dinner, coffee lovers can enjoy drinks from selected beans. For lunch and dinner there was always fish, pork, beef, and chicken. The medical base is good. Excellent SPA (several types of saunas, swimming pool) I would especially like to note the location of the hotel: 1 minute from the springs and 1 minute from the forest.

This was not my first time at the resort, so I have something to compare with. Convenient location of the hotel, very close to the Colonnade with springs, a park area and the city center. Beautifully decorated rooms with new furniture. The treatment is quite good, quite a lot of procedures are included in the price of the tour. If desired, it is possible to add more procedures. Friendly staff, speaks Russian well, there were no difficulties with communication at all. I will recommend the site sanatoriums.com and this hotel to my friends and acquaintances.
