The accommodation in a suite simply couldn't be beaten and was great. The food was also okay, we weren't expecting star cuisine anyway. When it comes to applications, the focus was on inexpensive ones. You can understand that, a masseur only treats one patient at a time. For example, one person can treat 8 patients with a dry carbonic acid bath. Of course, the costs have to be kept within limits somehow.Negatives
The negative actually doesn't concern the hotel but the city. If you take buses to the hotel, you can stop reading here. The city took the opportunity to post an absolute no-parking policy in front of the main entrance, i.e. where you would expect there to be a right-of-way for unloading and loading luggage. The street at this point is so wide that you could almost call it a square. However, you are allowed to stop on the opposite side but not park. For the latter, parking claws are distributed to foreigners. By the way, parking spaces are a huge problem. When many buildings were built in the 19th century, no one thought about parking. The hotel has many rooms but little parking space in the yard, at least it has some. This is a problem with many hotels. Although the public parking garage is only 350 m away, you have to climb a steep hill to get to the hotel. In addition, it is not particularly suitable for long cars. Anyone who manages to carry their luggage up the mountain doesn't need a cure. Another problem with the hotel (like many others) is that it is located in the spa area. To get to the hotel you have to enter a restricted area for cars. You can get a paid permit for this, but I don't know where or whether you can get it. In any case, the hotel should carry out this formality for its guests if they indicate that they want to come by car or at least help them do so. My Czech is not sufficient to submit applications to a local authority. It would be much easier to add an addition to the closure sign stating that the entrance is free for hotel guests, as seen in "Ellenbogen" (Loket). The city should remember that it thrives on spa guests and make their journey as easy as possible.Positives

When I arrived at around 6 p.m. I was immediately told off that I was late and the doctor was almost gone. I should leave my car and go to the doctor quickly. When I booked it didn't say what time I should be there at the latest and that I still have to go to the doctor on Sunday. Sunday is a rest day. Then it continued...they didn't want to change my money so that I would pay for my parking space on the side of the street. I was asked to drive into the parking garage. I didn't understand why when I found a parking space on the street. After constantly running back and forth, they finally told me that the parking machine also takes euros. At the end of the evening they finally changed my money... They didn't really explain how to walk into the room. Luckily, at some point a nice young man came and explained it. Why is there no one to show you when you arrive, especially if you're there for the first time? That evening I was just annoyed and exhausted from this back and forth. I booked a hot stone massage and was disappointed afterwards. They didn't really make an effort. Just stroked the stones and placed them on top. Other masseurs were better.Positives

Special thanks to the entire staff of the restaurant, what a master! Each time we visited the restaurant with admiration and delight. The deliciousness is indescribable, I especially want to mention Lena, she masterfully prepares pancakes, I advise everyone to pay attention to this! And of course, thanks to all the staff of the medical unit. A doctor who will listen to everything and take everything into account. So you are in good hands. Girls, all the workers are great!!!! Well, Natalya the massage therapist is simply a sorceress. Many thanks to the director of this hotel, she is charming, the leader of such a huge team, she finds time for everyone! A wonderful resort located in the most convenient location. Water sources are very close. And, at the same time, the forest is very close. A big plus is a modern swimming pool with equipment for massage of different zones and an imitation of an oxygen bath. It's just a separate procedure. Very tasty and varied food for every taste and need. Clean, high-quality cleaning. There is everything necessary for treatment. It is worth noting that the equipment is new, which is important.
