On the Sanatorium website I replaced the MEDICAL treatment package for the musculoskeletal system. Upon arrival, we immediately received a schedule of procedures. In the morning we had a mud wrap only on the back, although the MEDICAL package is for the back and joints, but the doctor’s visit was scheduled only for 15:30. It turns out that the first procedure has already been carried out poorly. Only after visiting a doctor did we finally receive treatment for our joints. We also had no luck with the masseuse. They wanted to change it, other massage therapists didn’t have time. Also, instead of the mud bath purchased in this package, we received a warm bath with additives. We came for treatment and bought a package of procedures, and I also thought that if the hotel is not cheap, then the procedures and massages are carried out at the highest level. Alas. Lunch and dinner were not tasty. The assortment is small. Any housewife cooks better. We were unlucky. Only in the last two days a new cook arrived. I understand now is the time of corona. But someone should test and monitor the restaurant. And if everything is so bad, at least give some kind of coupon or discount. And next time you’ll think about it, a treatment of 12 procedures minus two massages, minus one mud wrap, minus a bath with additives. 8 procedures remain. Minus the food. Zu Ihren konkreten Bemerkungen: In der Rezeption sind neue Arbeiter, wenn viele Ankünfte, die konzentrieren sich auf Grundverpflichtungen: Zahlung bei Anreise /das ist Standardpraxis spätestens bei Anreise zu zahlen/, und Grundinformationen. Bei check in soll es auch so sein. Zu der Untersuchung: Sie waren persönlich da, konnten Sie fragen, und anfragen. Frau Dr. Stehlikova ist von unseren Kunden sehr gut bewertet: die ist sehr flexibel /kommt auch in Feiertagen, und ist sehr offen für Kunden-Wünschen. Zum Essen: Frühstück und Abendbrott ist in Buffetform, mit mindestwahl von 4 Gerichten /Suppe, Vorspeisse, Nachtisch, Wasser.../ Am Wochenede auch -live-Küche- dabei. Wenn Sie Ihre Bemerkungen dem Personal geäussert hatten, die konnten für Sie viel machen - dewegen sind die da. Sie vergleichen Jahre 2019 und 2021. Grosser Unterschied. Corona hat viele Hotels zugeschlossen, anderen hat Personal genommen. Und den Gästen hat auch Einschränkungen gebracht, neben anderen die Maske im Restaurant zu tragen. Das war für Sie unakzeptabel, wollten Sie die nicht tragen, und wir mussten Ihnen mehrmals den Hinweis geben, und dies hat Ihnen auch den Aufenthalt verbittert. On the Sanatorium website, I replaced the Basic package, which included 17 treatment procedures, with the Medical package, which included 31 procedures, and paid an additional 58 euros for this. I have been going to Marianske Lazne for almost 10 years and in other sanatoriums I could choose suitable procedures. Here the doctor prescribes the same thing to everyone in advance, whether you need it or not. On the Sanatorium website, only the Light program is described in detail; by choosing others, you are buying a pig in a poke. When contacting the administration (manager Michaela), they offered to pay an additional 59 euros and the issue would be resolved. Thus, the additional payment amounted to 117 euros! Although the procedure sheet states that for each correction you pay 100 CZK = 4 euros. After payment, it turned out that it was not entered into the computer. If I had not kept the receipt, it would have been impossible to prove payment. All this took half a day and a lot of nerves. In addition, you can get to the medical building by climbing several stairs and passages, which is very problematic for older people and people with problems with the musculoskeletal system. This is my seventh time on holiday in Marianske Lazne. I was a guest in several hotels. Nabokov became like family to me. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Close to the main building of the springs and to the Lesnoy spring, near the city center and a forest park. If you are lucky enough to stay in a room overlooking the park, you will appreciate the cleanest air and silence. Regarding the Lesnoy spring. Take the time to take a walk through the park, to where it flows out of the ground. The water in it is incredibly tasty. I vacationed in Nabokov for the second time. Our holiday was greatly marred by the incompetence and unprofessionalism of the medical staff. On the eve of the flight to Israel, we had to do a coronavirus test. We did and paid for this check at the hotel, but it turned out to be not the check that is required at the airport. We had to pay 280 euros for expedited verification, which is a huge amount for pensioners. We were very upset and nervous. My blood pressure rose and I started feeling very dizzy.
