Very clean, room service is very good. Good location, parking garage nearby, €50 for 1 week. Colonade where you can drink spring water 100 meters away. Good selection of treatments and cosmetic procedures. Good swimming pool with massage jets and whirlpool. Lots of elevators to reach everything in the hotel quickly. Fitness room isn't bad either, drinking water dispensers everywhere.Negatives

A very clean and newly renovated hotel in a perfect location. Treatments were good and always according to schedule. The room, we had a comfort double room, was very clean and well equipped. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. Special thanks to the staff in the kitchen and many thanks to Inna, who always served us very well in the restaurant. It's in a good mood and hard-working service. The breakfast was good and had a sufficient selection of dishes. Dinner could have more choice. But you were always full. It was very nice that juices were included with dinner. I can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience. We'd love to come back.Negatives
The treatment rooms seem cool and not comfortable. A few pictures on the walls or even a few potted flowers would make it nicer. But, I hope that it will come with time.

The water from the source at the hotel does not open at 7 o'clock, as in the schedule, but closer to 8 o'clock. We couldn't see her until breakfast. This needs to be fixed!

Food in the canteen/restaurant could have been better for 4 stars. The choice is not very large, everything is dietary, sometimes the dishes ran out and were no longer brought. You won’t remain hungry, but the hotel needs to work on the menu. The waiters are friendly. If there are a lot of guests, then you need to look for a table (dinner).

Small flaws: lemon water was never cold, cake looked nice but was tasteless. At the bar there was no digestive schnapps, for example Unterberg or Unikum or Fernet Branca, only sweet Becherovka.

The attitude of the entire Hotel staff has changed for the worse, compared to when the hotel was just starting to operate. They don’t have information, they are lying, everything needs to be knocked out. The employees each say different information. We never received additional procedures that were supposed to be part of the promotion from the hotel. The staff during the procedures are rude and not attentive. It’s as if no one hears all the requests. We literally had to demand a fax about leaving. The impressions of rest and treatment are unsatisfactory compared to last time. The hotel management is completely uninterested in its guests.
