Lack of training of medical staff for procedures. The temperature of the water in the baths is not controlled, since there are no thermometers anywhere. Mud applications are made with lukewarm mud. The attitude of nurses towards clients is sometimes downright rude. During procedures, nurses gather together and talk loudly to each other for a long time; their work is not supervised by anyone. In the salt cave, on the third day of the stay, the comfortable beds were replaced with ordinary chairs, on which it is very difficult to sit for 1 hour. On November 4, all drinking water containers were removed from all common areas of the resort. After the procedure, it is simply impossible to drink even a sip of water or take medicine. There are no places to sit and relax on the hotel premises. There are also few places to sit near the treatment rooms. There are only a few small sofas at the reception. The resort building has its own source of mineral water "Lesnoy", but the water supply stops at 17:00. In all hotels in Marianske Lazne, where there are mineral springs on the premises, the water supply is provided around the clock without any restrictions. Tables in the restaurant are numbered, but are not reserved for clients during their stay at the resort, which creates significant inconvenience.Negatives

We lived in the hotel for two weeks and during this time there was no hot water 2 times. Once, when I was doing mud treatments, I had to wash myself with cold water and the nurse was not very friendly and was often rude, the second time there was no water before we left the hotel. In the evening they turned it off like this until the morning, we left with cold water without washing ourselves in the shower on the road. A few words about the doctor (we had a man). There was no examination, purely formally from words. По поводу врачебного осмотра: жалко, что это не порешили у нас в самом начале пребывания, чтобы использовать все возможности эффективного лечения, которое наш отель предлагает: свою минеральную воду, все процедуры с применением природных источников, новые формы электролечения, физиотерапию и др.. и поэтому от многих клиентов получаем самую высокую оценку лечения.
