Long paths connecting the different parts of the hotel (some of them have steps) which is very misleading! It takes a while to find your way around the hotel! 1. The hotel consists of many buildings of different heights with a single central entrance. The connection system is quite confusing. What if there is a fire? It's scary to think about. 2. Very weak and formal medical support, which is reduced almost exclusively to the sale of procedures, although some procedures are simply dangerous. So after 2-3 baths with cold mineral water, I got a severe cold. It’s a pity that the doctor didn’t point out this danger... 3. Excess of meat, fatty and sweet foods. Unfortunately, 8 people returning in a small bus in cramped conditions, where it was impossible to even straighten their legs, instead of a 4-hour road to Berlin, they traveled through Kaplowy Vary, Chemnitz, an extra 250 km and 3.5 hours of time. This was our fifth time at the Nabokov and we will be back! Very nice and clean hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff is always friendly and accommodating! Dinner and breakfast were very good, with lots of choice. Something for everyone (we had half board). Great wellness area with sauna, pool and whirlpool. We really enjoyed our time there.
