In the first days of our vacation, the hotel was overcrowded. There weren’t enough seats in the restaurant. They gave us a table. But no matter how you came. The table was occupied all the time. My mother and I were 70% disabled in movement. We were always seated at another table. Which led to unpleasant situations. People approached who had been assigned this table. And a conflict began. They simply poured a tub of negativity on us. Unfortunately, Russian-speaking comrades are not always shy in their expressions. After 3 days, this problem was solved. But the beginning of the vacation was ruined... In my opinion .It would be better in such a situation when there are a lot of people in the hotel at the same time. It would be better to make a free choice of seating. And not push people together.Positives

On the day of arrival we were warmly welcomed, but after 5 minutes the lady at the reception said we should come later because we speak Russian and that it wouldn't suit other guests. 80% of the guests speak Russian, we didn't think that was nice!
