Service in the canteen was too slow. Food was great. Service was pretty slow. Too much was collected on the table before it was picked up and the worst thing in the hotel for us was that there were dogs in the hotel. This is taboo for us. Kind regards AS

We are not used to paying attention to little things, there are shortcomings, but what hotel doesn’t have them! You just don’t need to get hung up on it, well, the tiles with the bathroom (Room 232) weren’t fixed, well, they walked along the wall so that it wouldn’t be loud! Everything is fine! :-)

Excellent hotel. The food is varied, for all tastes and everything is very tasty. Such cleanliness in all areas of the hotel has never been seen anywhere in the world! The staff is very friendly and very professional. Separately, I would like to mention the girl Oksana at the reception, she was always ready to help with all questions and solve any problem, these are the kind of professionals I want to return to. We will definitely be back.

We were in February for one week with procedures. We really enjoyed . We could have stayed another week. Everything was on top, at the highest level. We will certainly spend our next holiday with procedures here again! We have already recommended it to our Relatives and Friends!

We lived in the Credo building, number 423, there is a white plastic door above the front door, it constantly clicks loudly, day and night. The technician came 2 times, but the cause was not eliminated. It was not comfortable to sleep; we woke up from these clicks. This was the only negative.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nabokov Grand Hotel! Especially the offer for families with children. The hotel has a well-equipped games room, the key to which is issued for the entire stay.
Our room was really very comfortable, all the furnishings were modern, there was TV in Russian.
The entire staff speaks Russian, which is very convenient.
The swimming pool and saunas, as well as all procedures, were within easy reach of our room. All the staff are very friendly and ready to help, any nuances that arise are easily regulated.
