The accommodation was excellent, the staff was very polite, there were a couple of incidents with the nurse, but I didn’t swear. In general, the atmosphere is good. The food needs the best, breakfasts are good, and dinners are so la la. The girls in the restaurant are just angels, very polite and efficient. I don’t know about cleaning, I spent the entire stay, asked for a lot of towels and paper, and told me not to bother me. Speaking of parking, they have very few spaces, so think ahead. The hotel is in the very center, 10 seconds to the nearest 15th source, 5 minutes to the rest. The location is very chic.Negatives

There are very big differences in the massage staff. I have the feeling that not all of them are trained forces. The advertising is in German, and for me as an older person it is very difficult to get a satisfactory answer to questions. The kitchen should offer a little more variety, for example more vegetarian dishes and the salad selection should also offer a little more.

Breakfast is still tolerable. Although sometimes the food was overstocked. Lunch is tasteless. Vegetables are defrosted and not washed. The sand creaked on my teeth. In terms of nutrition, I would give it a ZERO.

The holiday at the Krivan sanatorium was a great success. Everything was great, the procedures, the food, and the accommodation. The resort staff is qualified and very friendly. But I would especially like to note the work of the guys at the reception. No matter what requests and problems we turned to them with, help was provided to us immediately with understanding and without delay, and most importantly, always with a smile!!! Thank you for a good vacation!!!

The rented garage was a disaster, when I picked up my car it was completely covered in sand. I had to go through the car wash twice at home!!!!! The main doctor was not cooperative, didn't want to help, only wanted to write prescriptions for €10. I didn't get the gas syringe even though I asked.

The head doctor of the Krivan sanatorium is reluctant to talk to patients, which could be much better. I myself work with people, and I think if the client is not happy and doesn’t come again, then the staff can lose their jobs because of this. Satisfied and satisfied customers is a good review. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel this at the head doctor of the Krivan sanatorium. But to my great joy, she prescribed me what I asked for, I am very pleased with the procedures. After all, people with health problems come to the sanatorium, and this is why we need to be more attentive to this. Hope it gets better, until next time. Many thanks anyway to the head doctor.
