We were treated at a sanatorium for 3 weeks in October. This is the second time in this resort. We are very pleased with the treatment and accommodation in a cozy room. The food this year has become more varied and tasty. The rooms are regularly cleaned, bedding and towels are changed. It was possible to change gowns without any problems. In general, we recommend rest and treatment in this sanatorium and hope to come here again next year.Negatives
The appointments for the procedures were not very correct: after the warming bath, 25 minutes later there was a visit to the salt cave, where it was quite cool. And so on for 3 days in a row. As a result, my wife caught a severe cold and for the next 2 days she was unable to take any procedures at all. We had full board. People with half board also ate in the same restaurant. For breakfast (buffet), they filled plates full of everything and took it with them to their rooms; they also managed to come for lunch and have soup. Vacationers with full board, returning from procedures, had to be content with what was left, walk around other rooms with plates in search of food, or wait for the waiters to bring additional food. This should be regulated and people who are on half board should be fed separately, especially since there are enough restaurants in the hotel. I think that this may also affect the price in the future, since there is a large consumption of products. I also felt very sorry for the waitresses. They are so diligent and attentive, but they carry such heavy things in their arms, it’s painful to watch. True, for the last week they were given trays for dirty dishes. Well, at least it's something. Is it really not possible to deliver food on carts? The management does not spare people.Positives
The hotel offers a package, from five to 7 procedures per day, a bit heavy, but everything is not bad, good food, attentive staff at the reception, room cleaning, cleanliness and change of linen and towels are all at the highest level, attentive doctor, procedures only according to indications, well thought out . Poor menu, expired, unfit for food products. With an open ulcer, they ate according to diet # 2 - this meant no sweets and fruits, otherwise everything was the same as on the other tables. The attitude of the staff in the dining room is like insatiable voracious animals with rare exceptions. Lack of information that there is wi-fi in the hotel rooms, I found out about this by chance from neighbors, the staff stubbornly claims that it is only on the reception floor - it is very inconvenient to go there for any reason (check your email, etc.) . During the last days of my stay I used it in my room, it works well, at normal speed, I don’t understand why this fact is hidden. 2. Full breakfasts (and lunches and dinners) only for those who came very first, starting from the middle of the stated period it is difficult, sometimes impossible to find some products from the buffet assortment, such as small bars of bread and rolls (only cut pieces remain gray bread), omelettes and some types of side dishes) - it was difficult for me to plan early breakfasts due to the existing schedule of procedures.. I also think it’s wrong that instead of stationary water heaters, as was the case in past years, there are now thermoses with coffee and hot water on the table for tea, but the water is almost always warm (unless, of course, you came to the very discovery)Positives

The service staff is equally attentive and responsive to all requests. You feel great in the sanatorium. The sanatorium is located in the very center. It is very convenient to drink water early in the morning and at lunchtime, when there is little time between procedures, and in the evening, when you can take a walk, admire nature, look at vacationers, go to events - everything is nearby, in a beautiful place.Negatives
The “fly in the ointment” in this “barrel of honey” (the Russians have such a saying) is nutrition. The level is like in a student canteen. Apparently the chef is stuck in the distant past. Spoils the whole picture of the sanatorium. Everything is primitive, not tasty. Salads are just grated vegetables, baked goods are just tasteless biscuits. The hot dish menu consists of 12 offers, but everything is prepared the same, there is nothing to choose from, the portions are small. But food costs a lot of money! В меню есть выбор из 12 блюд (свинина, говядина, баранина, рыба, птица, фарш, сладкие блюда, блюда из яиц, овощные блюда, холодные блюда и последние два приема пищи для строгой диеты №2 и №4). Меню рассчитано на 3 недели (21 день). Мы не можем согласиться, что продукты являются одинаковыми. Мы предоставляем как салаты, так и нарезанные или тертые овощи. Конечно, многие люди предпочитают свежие овощи. На шведском столе находятся специи и приправы, которыми можно приправить овощи и салаты.
