The hotel was overcrowded and the staff couldn't cope with the workload. Most of the staff are angry and this affects the residents. The food is average, breakfast was served mixed food from the last lunch, sorry, but like pigs. The placement is not well thought out. I was on vacation with my mother. We were placed in a room so small that it was cramped even for one person, there was only one bed for two and there was no way to separate it. The pillows are like bricks, it is impossible to sleep on them, much less get enough sleep. It took 3 days to find a softer pillow. I've stayed at this hotel twice before this time and this never happened. This time I am extremely unhappy.

The location of the sanatorium is very good, the only thing I would like to note is the abundance of steps on the entrance porch, although there is a ramp to the side and many steps in the corridor leading to the procedures. I understand that this cannot be changed or improved, you just need to take this into account when choosing.

There were so many vacationers, it was impossible to buy additional procedures. The dishes prepared to order were of high quality, but sometimes they were not brought and they were offered to replace them with others, since the ordered dish was not available. The sauces and salads are all sweet, they were probably called a diabetic’s dream. The so-called breakfast buffet was meant to be the best and often caused heartburn and indigestion. But mostly everything is fine

I was at the Krivan Hotel for the first time and I really liked absolutely everything - the quality of treatment, the number of procedures, the doctor’s appointment, the attitude of the staff in the treatment rooms. Despite the large number of people, the schedule is strictly followed, you almost always arrive on time and go through the procedures without any problems. The staff always explains and helps. The accommodation is simply excellent. The level of service, cleanliness, comfort in the room - everything is at the highest level. There’s nothing to even say about the quality of food - everything is of excellent quality, varied and very tasty! As for the work of the staff, it doesn’t matter where - the entire hotel staff works harmoniously and clearly, and you simply even enjoy communicating with the people who work in this hotel. I consider the location of the sanatorium to be the best of all - everything is within walking distance, the place itself is wonderful, it is very convenient that there is a ramp for people with disabilities. Thank you very much for your work. I will recommend this resort to all my friends!

I would like more convenient regulations for the dining room. If the procedures begin at 6.40, then it would be logical to continue breakfast until 10.00, because you do not have time to maintain a 45-minute interval between eating and drinking water. The same situation with lunch. If you have breakfast at 9.00, then you still don’t want to drink mineral water at 11.30. If lunch time were before 14.00, it would be more convenient.

The food is fully consistent with the sanatorium - tasty, simple and sufficient in quantity even for a man with an appetite. At the same time, there are no unnecessary temptations for those who are on a diet, especially for diabetics. The favorable location of the sanatorium allows you to comply with the drinking regime and receive all the procedures.

I liked the sanatorium, we stayed for 7 days. All 18 procedures prescribed by the doctor were received, sources with minimal water were within walking distance. The food was good, we weren't hungry. Cleaning of the rooms was excellent, towels and bathrobes were changed every day. Thanks for the vacation!Negatives

Smoking. They smoke right at the entrance to the sanatorium, despite the prohibition sign. The staff ignored numerous complaints. The service and organization in the dining room leaves room for improvement. Often I had to wait an unreasonably long time for the waiter, but we all have procedures for which we cannot be late. Vážená paní Pekker, děkujeme za Váš podnět. V České republice kouření upravuje zákon, který sice zakazuje kouření ve vnitřních prostorách restaurací, ale na zahrádkách a terasách je dovoluje. Označení zákaz kouření se vztahuje na celý vnitřní prostor hotelu. Také nesouhlasíme s kouřením, ale přijíždí spousta klientů, kteří jsou kuřáci a my si neděláme ambice, že jim kouřit zakážeme. I přes zákaz kouření ve vnitřním prostoru a na pokojích se vyskytují nedisciplínovaní klienti, kteří si troufnou kouřit na pokojích i přes zákaz a požární hlásiče kouře a nás stojí nemalé prostředky čištění takového pokoje. Sami bychom byli rádi, kdyby se kouření jen nezakazovalo a existoval by zákaz např. výroby cigaret. Dále ve svým připomínkách zmiňujete obsluhu a organizaci v restauracích. Věřte, že se snažíme dělat maximum, i když to možná na první pohled nevypadá. Bohužel bojujeme s nedostatkem kvalitního obsluhujícího personálu, který se nám často střídá a než ho zaučíme v tak velkém provozu, většinou to sami vzdají, protože na to fyzicky či psychicky nemají. Abychom alespoň částečně zmírnili stres klientů, že nestihnou procedury, otevřeli jsme restaurace zatím o 15 min. dříve, tj. od 11.45 hod., aby byl větší prostor. Věříme, že to zmírní napětí, jelikož tou dobou ještě dobíhají některé procedury a provoz v restauracích bude tak plynulejší.

The condition of the room - hanging pieces of paint on the ceiling in the bathroom, a leak on the floor in the hallway. Kitchen - few dietary dishes, a lot of vinegar and salt... Half an hour before the end of lunch-dinner there is nothing to eat, all counters with dishes are demonstratively cleared by the waiters - there are no drinks, salads or side dishes.

At 8.30 I went into room 19 to put in a card for the procedure, I was reprimanded (twice by both nurses) why I opened the door, I still didn’t understand what I did wrong. The card rack for cabinet 19 is located in the cabinet itself.
