If you don't like a treatment, you unfortunately couldn't exchange it unless you pay for it privately. There is no safe in the rooms. The food was good, but we had to wait a very long time for the Waiter to bring the food; it took a long time to order something. There were very rarely fruits and this was the season, summer. There was no yoghurt or pudding at lunch. There was a buffet for breakfast, but you had to stand in line for a very long time; there was only 1 table where you could get cheese and sausage.

The doctor: friendly, clear and good recommendations - all the data from my last stay, which was a long time ago, available - great. The applications: The applications were really fine. The massages were particularly good!!! It is the treatments that made me choose the Krivan sanatorium again. last: location and parking. I had booked a parking space in the hotel garage - that worked out great. I think the location of the house is good - no long distances to the fountains - the pedestrian zone and the bus station are easily accessible. I was happy to be there. What struck me negatively was that some guests were very arrogant and spoke Russian and said that the staff had to obey like slaves. There weren't many who behaved like that - but it happened. Such behavior is very unfortunate. The guest is king, yes - but he has no right to act like a despot.

The first days of our stay at the sanatorium, the restaurant was served by two Czech guys, you could fall asleep while waiting for food. I have never experienced such slow service. A couple of days later they disappeared and Svetlana served us. That was nice service! The second minus is not so much for the restaurant staff as for the vacationers themselves. Good people, if you save on three meals a day, then why should others suffer from you? Why do you fill yourself with plates full of cold cuts and cheeses at breakfast? Then he supposedly quietly puts it away in his bags for lunch. Coming after the procedures for breakfast, you see an empty table and start walking around other rooms in search of breakfast. Because the staff says they won't bring anything else.

As always, there was no fruit in the diet. The waiters worked very fusily and chaotically. We got a table near the reception desk, so the endless running of waiters with trays and dirty dishes was somewhat annoying. My request to be transferred to another room was denied. Although in the first week there were many free places. I didn't like the placement on the 4th floor. The windows are high, there is little daylight. The window looked out onto two construction sites. Construction work began early in the morning; due to the constant noise, it was impossible to open the window. As for the rest, everything is in accordance with price and quality.

The KRIVAN sanatorium is not designed for sedentary patients. There are not even handles to allow you to get out of bed during procedures. The food is not suitable for diets, a lot of fried and little boiled. A big plus is the presence of a magnificent swimming pool. The attitude of the staff is good and friendly! Igor.
