The prescribed procedures are not discussed by the doctor and you learn about them from a printout, but there are procedures with which you do not agree, and the time for the next visit to the doctor is running out and there are fewer necessary procedures. It is desirable that the doctor discusses and explains the proposed procedures. But I want to make a reservation, maybe not all doctors act this way. And also. It would be desirable that hygiene be more carefully observed in the rooms for water procedures.

As for treatment, there are very big disadvantages, such as the fact that you can’t prescribe 5-6 procedures a day due to a day off on Saturday and Sunday. I’ve been receiving treatment in Karlovy Vary for many years, but this is the first time I’ve come across such a schedule. It’s possible. kill people, not heal. I also encountered blatant unsanitary conditions in the acupuncture office, there were traces of blood everywhere, right down to the curtains between the booths. The nurse does not change disposable gloves, there are multiple traces of blood on the floor in the office, the nurses never come in to do wet cleaning during working hours hours, and this despite the fact that this office has the highest visitation rate. Another big inconvenience is the steps that must be climbed to attend procedures several times a day, and this is for people with musculoskeletal problems.

Excellent combination of price and quality, ideal location, full range of services. Important: the absence of any unresolved problems, the exceptional readiness of the staff to take into account wishes and requests, to maximize and coordinate treatment, recreation, a comfortable atmosphere of a general stable order and personal interests. I especially note the professionalism of the medical staff (I can name almost everyone with whom I had to communicate: Dr. Margarita, massage therapist Pavel, nurses, dispatcher Stanislav, etc.) The Krivan sanatorium, in our opinion, is the best of the 3-star ones. From the point of view - there is no limit to improvement - we consider it possible to make some positive changes in the organization of catering - slightly shift the time of lunch and dinner (for example, until 19-30), provide a full range of proposed dishes for everyone, incl. and arriving at the end of the stated time. This is entirely within the capabilities of a sanatorium of such a high level.

Problems with breakfast - if you arrive 30 minutes before the end of breakfast, the food you are interested in may no longer be available. For example, eggs, omelet, cottage cheese, juices, buns with seeds... When contacting the staff, they answer that this is no longer available, at best they offer to find food in another room. The coffee offered in the morning is of very poor quality. At lunchtime there are thermoses with tea, but it is impossible to drink it - it is very strong, and there is no boiling water to dilute it. As a result, we drank tea and coffee at the bar for a fee. The room was cleaned well, but the bed linen was changed after 10 days.

The head doctor explains the appointment in a very unclear way; if you complain about the work of the staff, you immediately ask to leave the office. Gas injections are given with gross violations of the rules for working with blood. Nurse Vera creates a queue and confusion (she goes out to smoke constantly), the changing cabins are stained with blood, the gloves are covered in blood!!! Doesn't wash hands after going outside!!! The nurse does not agree to change gloves even for money. There are apple cores in a procedural cup of coffee. There is nothing to do with children in this sanatorium. You can't get through with a stroller, even the entrance doors to the sanatorium are not designed for a baby stroller, there is no children's room. There are always unhappy faces at the reception and in the dining room. The swimming pool is paid, and the price is different for everyone, from 3.60 euros per hour to 5 euros. Which of course was very surprising. And the rooms are not clean. And everyone wants a tip, just for that.....

The downside is that several days were wasted because the doctor was afraid to prescribe the same treatment that was given two years ago. But then, after her consultation with the chief physician, everything changed. Further, we arrived around five o’clock on Friday; on Saturday and Sunday there were no procedures, that is, two days were completely empty. Although they could have offered us a swimming pool and a salt cave. According to the plan, there should have been 39 treatment procedures, but I only had 32. This means I did not receive 7 treatment procedures. On the day of arrival and day of departure there was one meal. The question arises: I paid for food for how many days? Why didn’t they explain to me why I didn’t receive all the medical procedures I paid for?
